As the rain was drizzling, our clothes and hair soaked but we didn't care. Our laughter drowned out the faint music playing in the background.

The rumble of an engine could be heard in the distance, getting louder the closer it got. We both snapped back into reality and distanced ourselves. We didn't say anything as the car parked next to us and out jumped Charity with an umbrella.
"What are you doing? You're going to get sick," she scowled, not even looking in my direction. He gave me an apologetic look as he walked over. With one last glance, he closed the door, and off they went, leaving me in the rain standing alone.
