The next day, Yeji keeps thinking about the girl in the restaurant. Jinnie. The name keeps entering her mind. So many questions but doesn't know who to ask. Why does the girl look like Sohee? Why did she catch my attention? Why did my heart feel weird? Why can't I stop thinking about her? Lastly, why did she look so damn good?

"Hello? Earth to Yeji?" Someone says to bring back Yeji into reality. She sees her bestfriend waving her hand in front of her face.

"What? Sorry I was thinking about stuff" Yeji says.

"I see that. What were you thinking about? You were really zoned out. I called your name so many times that I got tired of hearing it" Lia smiles.

"You love my name. At least I use my birth name unlike you, Julia" Yeji teases back.

"It's Lia. I rarely go by Julia. If you're gonna tease me back at least be good at it" Lia now laughs.

Yeji knowing she won't win against her bestfriend just gave up feeling defeated.

"But seriously, what were you thinking about? Is it about your soulmate again?" Lia asks.

"Kind of? Last night, I saw this girl that kind of looked like Sohee. At first I thought it really was her but it's impossible since we attended the funeral and the body was there."

"It might be just someone who shares similar features as Sohee. There's so many people in this world so some of them are bound to look alike. Some people's look alike are celebrities. Or like you who looks like a dragon from a kids movie" Lia teases again.

"Must you tease me all the time?" Yeji pouts.

"You're cute. I can't help it. Okay I'll stop. But why are you thinking about that girl?"

"I don't know. The moment she walked through the doors, she just caught my attention. Maybe because she looked like Sohee. Her name is Jinnie" Yeji says.

"How do you know her name?" Lia asks wondering if her friend has become a stalker.

"I heard her friends call her that last night. She was so pretty yet so handsome. Her aura is out of this world. She looked so cool and calm. Her natural demeanor is just full of swag and—" Yeji is cut off.

"Did you just say swag? Yeji, don't ever say that again. You don't sound cool" Lia laughs.

"But it sounds like you're already hooked on this girl. Don't tell me you're trying to project the feelings you had for Sohee to this new girl?" Lia asks.

"No. My feelings for Sohee was in the past. I've moved on but if there's someone out there that looks like Sohee. Maybe Sohee isn't my soulmate. Maybe this girl is? I guess I'll know more overtime since we keep seeing more things about our soulmate every time we sleep" Yeji replies.

"Just don't get your hopes up. You never know. What if that girl already has her soulmate and you're waiting for nothing?" Lia sadly says.

Yeji loves the idea of soulmate but she hates the uncertainty that comes along with it. It's comforting to know someone is out there made for you but it's also stressful not knowing if they're alive or how old they are.

"It's worth a shot right? In the end, when you find your soulmate, it will be all worth it."

"What if your soulmate is a bad person? Mean or something?" Lia still trying to make sure Yeji doesn't get her hopes up because she doesn't want her to fall for the idea that her soulmate is still out there but in the end, there's no one there.

"Lia, this person would be my soulmate. Meaning we match with each other. How can my soulmate not be my type?" Yeji asks stumping Lia because it's true.

"You have a point. So do you think that girl last night is your soulmate?" Lia asks trying to be supportive now.

"I don't know. I kinda hope so? She looked kind and looks like someone who would take care of me well" Yeji says.

"Yeah, you definitely need that. You're an adult with so much weird struggles. You need someone to always look after you" Lia teases with love.

"You act like I'm a baby" Yeji pouts again.

"You are but it's okay. You're my big baby" Lia smiles at her friend.

"Where do you think I can find the girl again?" Yeji asks.

"How should I know?" Lia answers.

Yeji rolls her eyes, "It was rhetorical question but people usually still say 'oh I don't know maybe go back to the restaurant' or other ideas they might have."

"I'm not other people. I'm Lia?" Her friend seriously says.

"You're lucky you're cute and I'm such a kind hearted person or I would punch you" Yeji says trying to keep a serious face.

"So Lia? What do you think of Chaeryeong?" Yeji suddenly asks catching her friend off guard.

"She's nice. Quiet. Stares into nothing a lot. Adorable laugh though" Lia answers without a thought.

"Wow, you already noticed so much from one dinner" Yeji teases.

"That's not even a lot!" Lia blushes.

"Then why are you blushing my friend?" Yeji laughs.

"Because you're trying to make something out of nothing and what if Chaeryeong was here, it would he so embarrassing!" Lia says.

"Aren't you curious at all on who might be your soulmate or how they are?" Yeji asks.

"Ehh. Why worry myself over something I don't have control over. You know? If we're supposed to be really meant for each other then it will be. Life is stressful enough as it is, why add onto it?" Lia says.

"My bestfriend is so wise. I can't just do that. I only two things I want in life. To be one of the best choreographer and to be live happily with the person I'm supposed to be with. I will do whatever it takes to make it work."

"I know. You love love. You want the love that your parents has but not every love is that way. I just want to remind you of that. Don't expect too much from people, they'll only disappoint you."

"Lia, why are you so negative about this whole thing?" Yeji finally asks.

"Because I don't want you to experience heartbreak. You're too sweet and kind for that. You're so innocent about everything and I don't want people to take advantage of that. Just make sure to tell me everything you're going through okay? Even if it's something small" Lia says.

"I will Lia. Same to you okay?"

Lia nods and hugs her.

"We should go to bed. It's late" Lia says.

"Sleep here tonight?" Yeji shyly asks.

"Mhm" Lia smiles and nods.
