Third Person POV:
"Given the way things are at U.A. now, there's nothing there that instills enough confidence in me...for me to be able to entrust my son to you." Inko stated firmly.
"Mom..." Midoriya said.
"No matter how amazing of a hero you may be, it doesn't change a thing. As long as villains are attacking, you won't be able to continue to hold proper classes...nor will you be able to prevent the students from suffering grave injuries. I cannot allow my son to attend a school like that. I cant." Inko said.
Midoriya was standing up and he looked down.
"Mrs. Midoriya..." All Might started but was cut off my Midoriya.
"You've got it wrong, mom! My injuries are my fault alone! All of the teachers have warned me multiple times not to...and in spite of that I-"
"And this is the result of all that. That just shows that the school cannot be trusted with responsibility..." Inko said, a serious expression on her face.
"Sit down, Young Midoriya." All Might told him.
"You can call me a helicopter parent if you want... But I'm okay with that. I don't mean to take Izuku's dream away from him. If what he really wants is to become a hero, it's not as if... It's not as if U.A. is the only place for him to become one, there are others." Inko said.
Midoriya stared at his mother before he looked down. He clenched his fist, remembering All Mights words from the beach. "From here on out, I am devoting myself to your development."
"This is...a bitter pill to swallow." All Might thought.
Midoriya then dashed towards his bedroom, slamming the door behind him.
"Izuku!" Inko called.
"Because you looked up to me, you chased after me. And to you, being able to learn at U.A. must have extreme significance to you... To be forcefully cut off from that..." All Might thought.
"I'm sorry. I'll call him back over here." Inko said, quickly getting up from her seat.
Midoriya swing open the door again, surprising the two adults.
"It's alright. It doesn't have to be U.A." He said.
All Might looked at him stunned.
"Look. Mom, All Might. Look at this letter someone sent me. It's from a boy I saved back at the training camp. There's another, from his older sister. They both hated everything to do with heroes and quirks...telling me thank you...even still... If only for a moment... In both of their letters, these two... They made me their hero. And that makes it all worth it!" Midoriya explained.
"Ahh... I see..." All Might thought.
"If it's not U.A. anymore, that's fine...!" Midoriya said.
"You...you are..."
"But either way, I'm going...to become a hero!" Midoriya exclaimed.
All Might then turned to his muscular form. Midoriya and Inko were both surprised by this.
"You are no longer...a person who will merely chase behind me, simply following my footsteps...! If that's the case, then I, as your teacher...I have to support you...!" All Might thought.
"It is my fault that I got responsibilities mixed up... I am truly sorry." All Might bowed on the ground.
"There are steps you take... The trail you blaze..."
"I believe... I believe that Izuku will be a fitting successor to my legacy... That is, I believe he will be the next Symbol of Peace." All Might said.
Inko was shocked by his words. "Wh-What...huh?! What are you saying? What do you mean?!" She questioned.
"As the previous Symbol of Peace...this is my apology. For taking advantage of his admiration. And neglecting his education... I apologize...!" All Might's body then quickly turned him back to his skinny form.
"And as a teacher at U.A., this is my humble appeal. Yes, it's true that the path I walked is one stained with blood...but that is exactly why I will not allow him to walk the same path. I want to be by his side, walking step by step with him along the way." All Might said.
"All Might...!"
"Indeed, as things stand, U.A. is clouded by insecurity...and at the moment, we are powerless to change that! However, we heroes at U.A. are doing everything we can to change that! But rather than looking at "how things are" at U.A., I implore you look at "how things will be"...! So please, would you allow me...to give everything I can give to Young Izuku?! Even if it costs my life, I will protect and nurture him." All Might said.
Inko collapsed onto her knees.
"No... I can't accept that... After all, you are...you are what Izuku lives for. It's not that I hate U.A. or anything... I...all I want is for Izuku to be happy... So... You mustn't lay down your life, no matter what. Please go on living...while protecting and nurturing him to the fullest extent possible. If that is something you can promise me, then I will not stand in your way." Inko said.
"Mom..." Tears were welling in Midoriya's eyes.
"I promise." All Might said.
"And you, Izuku... If you're going to continue on and live at U.A. then...you understand, right?" Inko questioned her son.
"I promise, I won't make you worry anymore!" He replied, wiping the tears from his eyes.
"Don't say it...while wearing that kind of face... Truth be told, I don't want to let him go. But somehow, Izuku... Without me realizing it, has grown to the point where the hero he admires so much is speaking this highly of him... And to you..." Inko thought.

"You've got a pretty wonderful mom, don't you?" All Might said.
He and Midoriya were standing in front of the black car outside of the apartment complex.
"...Yeah." Midoriya replied, a light smile on his face.
"Please go on living..."
"You've raised a natural born hero... It's been a while since someone talked like that to me..." All Might thought.
"My master...somehow or another, she reminds me of her..." All Might trails off.
"Huh?! My mom does...?!" Midoriya asked, stunned.
"Yeah, her hairstyle or something..." All Might replied.
"Her hair?!" Midoriya exclaimed.
"Because she's a strong person." All Might said, lifting his arm up like this 💪.
"Huh?! Eww!! That skeleton guy over there gives me the creeps!!" Some random person exclaimed.
"Oh no! How can I still call myself All Might looking like this?! I'm just not adjusted yet... Alright! I'll see you at school then!!" All Might said as he got into the car.
And so it begins. And more, on these school grounds!! Set at U.A.!
