Chapter 36 | ℝ𝕖𝕔𝕠𝕞𝕞𝕖𝕟𝕕𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕊𝕥𝕦𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕤 𝕧𝕤. 𝔸𝕚𝕫𝕒𝕨𝕒-𝕤𝕖𝕟𝕤𝕖𝕚

Third Person POV:

    "Momo, we should go find Todoroki to get ready for our match." (Y/N) said, Momo nodded "Yeah, good idea." She said. The duo then walked out and found Todoroki. The third match was going on while the were waiting and (Y/N) was getting really nervous.

    Soon enough that voice rang out through the room the trio was in "Team Iida and Ojiro, have passed the final." "Were next." Todoroki said as he stood up from his chair, the two girls doing the same, they started walking while (Y/N)'s nerves were eating her up on the inside.

(Y/N)'s POV:

    We were heading towards the area our final was in and all I could think about was how sick I was feeling, Todoroki must've noticed I was nervous because I felt his hand on my shoulder "It's going to be alright Ishicu." He said and I nodded at him with a small nervous smile on my face.

    We entered our arena "It's our turn now, let's go." Todoroki said, I looked beside me and saw a nervous looking Momo, I patted her back reassuringly "It's going to be fine Momo, we'll pass the exam." "I hope." I thought the last part to myself, she turned her head and smiled at me "Are you two nervous?" Todoroki asked looking back at us "No." Momo said "Yes." I said at the same time "It's ok. With our opponent I don't blame you." Todoroki said "Yeah, we're fighting our home room teacher, why wouldn't I be nervous?" I asked sarcastically "Don't worry. I have a plan." Todoroki said. Soon enough that voice was heard again "Team Ishicu, Todoroki and Yaoyarozu, practical exam, ready, go." "Crap, I'm much more nervous now." I thought.

    We were running in between buildings to get towards the exit gate "Momo, can you to keep creating small objects. When you stop being  able to it means Aizawa-sensei is close by." I said "Our success will depend on which one finds the other first. Once we spot him I'll draw him to me, then you two can run to the escape gate and win this thing for us. Just stay close to me until then." Todoroki said, I nodded, I looked over at Momo and nudged her "Momo, start making small objects." I said "Sure, no problem." She said nervously. Soon enough small little Russian dolls come falling out of her arms.

    We were now running out in the open "Uh, I guess these work ok, but what are they?" Todoroki asked "Oh. These things, they're just Russian nesting dolls." She replies "Let us know if you notice your quirk acting strangely." I said and we kept running. "I'd expect nothing less from you two." Momo said "What do you mean?" Todoroki asked "You both came up with a plan to beat Aizawa-sensei so quickly. You know exactly what was best as soon as we started." Momo said "Oh, it's nothing really. I just read Midoriya's hero notes on Aizawa-sensei." I replied, soon she stopped running "No. You're wrong." She says and we stop and turn around to face her "As student who got into the school by recommendations, we started from the same place. But in terms of the practical skills that a hero needs. I couldn't really manage to do anything that stands out. During the calvary battle I just followed your orders Todoroki. And then when it was Amy turn to fight I just failed before I could even do anything." Mono explained, I looked at her with a sympathetic look when I realized something, my eyes widened "Momo, you stopped making the dolls." I pointed out "He's coming!" Todoroki shouted "I'm sorry!" Momo shouted, we then heard Aizawa's voice "If you knew that I was here then why aren't you acting." I looked up and saw him jump down "I would suggest that you prioritize invasion, since I've taken your power from you." Aizawa said "Ishicu, Yaoyarozu! Go!" Todoroki shouted, Momo and I turned around and started to run away.

Third Person POV:

    "Is this what you're plan is?" Aizawa asked, as he tied Todoroki up with his scarf and he tied him up on a phone wire "I was always going to catch you first seeing as you've got horrible offence." Aizawa said "You think you've got me? I can burn or freeze these restrains in an instant." Todoroki said "Do whatever you want, just be careful where you land." Aizawa said as he threw spiky things on the ground "This is your strategy? You plan to be some kind of ninja?" Todoroki asked "This is very different from when you faced the hero killer. I know about your quirks and what you can do. And I'm perfectly prepared to beat you three." Aizawa said putting eye drops in his eyes "Your plan puts most of the burden on yourself, not paying any attention to the girls. Maybe you should've actually talked this over with them." Aizawa said. Aizawa then jumped up to go and find where Momo and (Y/N) ran off too. "Talked it over?" Todoroki thought.
