*Previously*

    "Just like we planned. And it looks like the villains are holding things down." San says "That planned this?!" I exclaimed in my head "Thank you. I couldn't have done any of this without your help Sam." He said. "Papa." Melissa said and the two adults turned around in shock and started at us.

*Present Time*

"Melissa." David said in disbelief. Me, Melissa and Midoriya stepped into the room "Miss, what are you doing here?" Sam asked her "What does he mean it was like you planned it?" Melissa asked as she walked forward more, her dad and Sam stayed quiet "Don't tell me that... you were the one behind this..." She said in a heartbroken tone. I mean, she just found out that her dad planned this I would be heartbroken too if it was me. "This was all you? Just go steal something?" She asked. David just started at her with wide eyes "No! It can't be true!" She exclaims "...Yes it is." Dave said. Me and Midoriya walked up to stand beside Melissa.

"Papa... how could you?!" Melissa asked "The professor was only trying to get back what was stolen. The invention inside of this briefcase, can amplify someone's quirk." Sam explained "Wait, is that even possible?" Midoriya asked "Yes. It's still being tested of course, but unlike with drugs, this device can magnify a person's quirk without doing any damage to their body or brain. But despite that. Our sponsors confiscated this prototype and our research data. Then they demanded that the project be abandoned. They were worried that something like this would drastically change the structure of superhuman society. They're in chaos, they put pressure on your father to end it. That's why we did this." San explained "You know, they aren't wrong. It could drastically change society. And image if a villain got their hands on it! They could very well destroy the world!" I exclaimed "And my parents have had inventions of theirs confiscated before, and they didn't pull a stunt like this to get it back! They understood that it jeopardized the safety of others!" I exclaimed. Melissa and Midoriya's eyes were wide "I-I don't understand. There has to be something I'm missing right?" Melissa says.

    "You'd never do this!" Melissa exclaimed and stepped a little closer to where her father and Sam were standing. "I'm so sorry." Her father apologized. "This doesn't make any sense." Melissa said and me and Midoriya turned to look at her "The papa I know and love wouldn't act like a villain no matter what!" She shouted. Her dad looked hurt "...So why then...? Why?!" She asked "I had to for All Might." He explained "You three probably aren't aware of this. But his quirk is disappearing." He explained. Me and Midoriya looked at each other with widened eyes. Because we knew the real reason why that was happening "However. If he uses this device he'll be his old self. No, his abilities will be even stronger then they were! The number one hero. Our symbol of peace. Can get his strength and light back again. He can keep saving people! Just like he always has!" He exclaimed. Me and Midoriya seemed to share the same thought "He's doing this because All Night's power is disappearing. And that only happened because All Might... passed down his power to me/Midoriya. He doesn't know..." We both thought "Please! Please! Just let me hand this device over to All Might! There's no time to remake it! When he's better I don't care what kind of punishment I'll receive." David exclaimed "...They risked their lives..." Melissa said. And we all looked at her in surprise "DEKU, (N/N) AND THEIR CLASSMATES WENT THROUGH SO MUCH! DO YOU KNOW HOW DANGEROUS THIS WAS?! HOW HARD WE WERE TRYING TO SAVE EVERYONE ON THE ISLAND?!" Melissa exclaimed.

    Her father looked confused "...What do you mean? The villains are fake." Dave then turned to look at Sam "It's all supposed to be an act." He says "Of course it wasn't a performance." A voice spoke. We turned around and saw the lead villain stranding by the door with a villain beside him "But the real act was pretending we weren't criminals." He says. Midoriya's eyes grow wide with anger "You're the boss!" He exclaims and charges you his quirk. Then some metal from the floor went flying at him and trapped him against a wall. "Oh no! Deku!" Midoriya shouted "MIDORIYA!" I exclaimed and we ran over towards him. "His quirk must let him manipulate metal." I thought "You'd be smart not to resist." The villain spoke as he walked closer to the stairs "Sam. Hand it over." The villain spoke "Right. H-Here you go." Sam and and he grabbed the briefcase and ran towards the villain "Sam...? This was you're plan? You were going to hand it over all along?" Dave asked "You're the one who tricked me. Professor, I've bee your assistant for all these years, and you let them take our work. We could've had fame and fortune. But no, I deserve more. I need to be rewarded. Otherwise my whole career was a complete waste of time." Sam explained. The villain then pulls out a gun "Here's the payment I promised you." He says and shoots Sam in the arm. The impact of the bullet caused him to fall and drop the briefcase "Sam!" Melissa gasped and covered her mouth from shock "W-Why?" Sam asked as he clutched onto his wounded arm "This is it a part of the plan." He says "Is it not? That's strange. Because it was always a part of mine." The villains says and goes to shoot Sam again but David ran in front and ended up getting shot instead.
