*Previously*

"He looks kinda scared in that picture doesn't he? It's Izuku Midoriya from the hero course! Vs. Hitoshi Shinso from general studies!" Present Mic shouts as the audience cheers "The rules are simple, immobilize your opponent or force them out of the ring!" Present Mic shouts and the audience cheers louder "Bring on the injuries because we've got our very own Recovery girl on stand by. So put your morals aside and don't be afraid to play dirty." Present Mic says as the audience cheers even louder.

*Present Time*

"But still be careful not to kill anybody, real heroes use their quirks to send villains to jail, not kill them." Present Mic said "Ill stop anyone who tried to get a little rough." Cementos said. Shinso started to talk to Midoriya but I couldn't hear what he was saying "Ready?!" Present Mic asked, Shinso said something else before Present Mic said "Begin!" Their match started, Shinso spoke again and Midoriya looked like he was getting agitated by what he was saying "Don't you talk about him that way!" Midoriya shouted as be began to charge at Shinso, he just smirked and Midoriya then stopped in his tracks "Ugh! I warned him not to say anything!" Ojiro exclaims while standing up, me, Ochako and Iida leaned forward to get a better look at what was happening "What's the deal?! This is the first match, and we're starting it off with a bang!" Present Mic exclaims "The fight has just begun, and Izuku Midoriya, is... completely frozen!" Present Mic shouts "What the hell?" I questioned in my head "It's possible that Shinso is very powerful! How could we have imagined this turn of events?! That's the festival for you!" Present Mic exclaims, I bit my lip "Come on Midoriya, snap out of it." I mumbled, Shinso started to talk to him again, I then heard the last thing he said "Now, turn around and walk out of bounds like a good little hero." Midoriya then turned around and started to walk towards the boundary line "What?! Midoriya is obeying him!" Present Mic exclaims "Oh no, Deku what are you doing?!" Ochako exclaimed "You can't walk out of the ring! You'll lose the match if you do!" Iida said while doing his weird hand movements "Shinso's quirk must have something to do with brainwashing..." I mumbled "Uh... (Y/N), you're starting to mumble like Deku does." Ochako said "Oh! Sorry Ochako." I said while scratching the back of my neck "I must have picked up his mumbling habit, great." I thought. Midoriya was getting closer and closer to the out of bounds boarder, Midoriya kept walking, his foot almost touched the out of bounds line when a gust of wind flew by. He we looking down at the ground panting "He did it... he broke free!" I thought with a smile on my face "What's this?! Midoriya stopped just in time!" Present Mic exclaimed, the crowd cheered and Shinso looked confused and pissed, Ojiro sat down again with his hand on his chest "How'd you do that?!" Shinso shouted at him, Shinso tried to get Midoriya to talk to him again, but Midoriya stayed silent "I didn't know you had so much power in your fingers. I'm kinda jealous of you." Shinso was speaking loud enough so it aloud me to hear what he was saying "Thanks to the way my quirk works I've always been at a huge disadvantage. But someone as blessed as you wouldn't understand that!" Shinso exclaimed as Midoriya kept running at him "You're lucky enough to have a heroic quirk! It'll be so easy for you to reach your goal!" Shinso shouted, but Midoriya stayed silent, he reached Shinso and started to push him out of bounds "Say something damn it!" Shinso said as he punched Midoriya in the face "Ouch." I thought. Midoriya still continued to push Shinso out of bounds even though his nose was bleeding, he then hit Midoriya's broken fingers and started to push Midoriya out of bounds "Get out of bounds you lucky brat!" Shinso shouted at Midoriya. Midoriya's foot almost crossed the line but he stopped himself and grabbed Shinso's arm and flipped him over his shoulder and onto the ground. When Shinso landed he was out of bounds "Shinso is out of bounds. Midoriya advances to the next match!" Midnight announces and the crowd cheers, I let out a breath that I didn't know I was holding in "Thank god." I thought with a small smile on my face. "And with that, we have our first victor of the finals. Class 1-A's Izuku Midoriya!" Present Mic announced. The crowd clapped for both of them.

"There you are Deku. You did great!" Ochako said "Come sit down here, we've save a seat for you." Iida said pointing to the seat in between him and Tokoyami (I'm sitting next to Ochako) "Thanks guys." Midoriya said "Enough standing around! Now welcome to the ring, our next players!" Present Mic said as a picture of Todoroki and Sero popped up on the TV screen "He's got skills, but at the extent of some really creepy elbows. From the hero course: it's Hanta Sero! Vs. An early front runner who's way to strong for his own good, someone who rightfully got into the hero course based on recommendations: it's Shoto Todoroki! And now for the second match of the finals!" Present Mic exclaimed and the crowd cheered "Ready?! Begin!" Present Mic shouted, just as those words left his mouth Sero shot tape out of his elbows and it wrapped around Todoroki and he swung him towards the boundary line "He's using this attack to throw his opponent out of bounds!" Present Mic exclaimed. Todoroki then created a massive ice wall it came so close to me it almost touched me, I leaned back into my seat as far as I could, everyone was shocked into silence with wide eyes staring at the ice wall. He ended up freezing Sero in his tracks "Tell the truth Sero... can you move at all?" Midnight asked "Are you kidding, obviously not! My body is freezing." Sero said "Sero has been immobilized, Todoroki advances to the second round!" Midnight said, Todoroki then walked up to Sero and melted the ice as the crowd was shouting "Nice try!" To Sero.
