Chapter 24 | 𝔸𝕟 𝕌𝕟𝕖𝕩𝕡𝕖𝕔𝕥𝕖𝕕 𝕄𝕖𝕖𝕥𝕚𝕟𝕘

Third Person POV:

    It was the morning after the sports festival and (Y/N) was going to head off to the mall to restock on some food, she had breakfast, there's on some leggings and a black tank top he wallet and keys and then headed out to the mall.

(Y/N)'s POV:

    Before I left the house I made a shopping list of the items I needed to get "Ok... so the next thing on my list is milk..." I mumbled while looking down at the shopping list in my phone that I accidentally bumped into somebody. The impact caused me to fall to the ground, I stood up and gave the person a closed eyed nervous smile and scratched the back of my neck "Sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going..." I said, I opened my eyes and saw "Todoroki?!" I said shocked.

Todoroki's POV:

    My father was busy at his agency today and I needed to get out of the house "Fuyumi, I'm heading out." I said to my older sister "Ok Shoto, have fun. I'll let Yukina know when she comes back." She called from the kitchen. I opened the door and started to walk to the mall, I didn't really need anything I just wanted to walk around and try to clear my head from what happened at the sports festival yesterday. I arrived at the mall and was looking down at my phone a little bit distracted and I accidentally bumped into someone. I feel onto the ground, I stood up "Sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going..." the person said "That voice sounds familiar." I thought, I opened my eyes and was met with (e/c) ones "Todoroki?!" Ishicu asked shocked.

(Y/N)'s POV:

    "Todoroki, I'm sorry, I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings." I said "It's fine." He replied in his monotone voice. There was a little bit of an awkward silence "So... what are you doing here?" I asked trying to start up a conversation "I wanted to get out of the house to clear me head." He replied "Oh." I replied. An awkward silence fell upon us again "We'll, I'm gonna continue getting the stuff I need, so... bye." I said starting to walk past him "Ishicu." Todoroki said. I turned around and looked at him "Yes?" I asked "Can I come with you?" He asked, my eyes widened a little. I honestly wasn't expecting him to say that "Uh, sure. If you want." I said. I started to walk and he came up beside me "So what all do you need to get?" He asked "Well, I still need to get milk and vegetables to put in my bentos. When I bumped into you I was actually heading to get some milk." I said he just nodded and we continued to walk

~Time Skip~

    We started to head over to the check out, and the short time I was hanging out with Todoroki I reloaded that I actually enjoyed it, I got him to talk to me a little bit more, we mostly talked about our families. He has four sibling, but his oldest brother ran away when he was younger, I still can't believe that Todoroki went through all the emotional, mental and physical pain as a child, it makes me sad to think about. We got to the cash register and I paid for my stuff, when we walked out of the small grocery store in the mall, we were walking towards the mall entrance/exit when we heard someone say "You two are such a cute couple." I turned around and saw a young woman, probably late twenties to early thirties, I could feel my face beating up "Ummm, we're not dating." I said waving my hands in front of me "Oh, I'm sorry for the confusion." She said and walked off "It's ok." I said, hoping she heard me. After that me and Todoroki continued to walk, I didn't dare look over to him, I'm pretty sure my blush hadn't completely died down, I could feel him look at me "Ishicu, are you ok? Your face is red, are you feeling sick?" Todoroki asked me "Y-yeah! I'm fine." I said looking at him with a nervous smile. When we exited the mall I turned to Todoroki "Thanks for tagging along with me." I said "You're welcome." He replied and started to walk away "Todoroki." I said, he turned around "Could we exchange numbers so we can talk more?" I asked "What was I thinking?!" I thought to myself "Ok." He said and walked back over to me, I handed him my phone and he handed me his, we typed each other's numbers in and handed the phones back. "Thanks." I said and then I started to walk away, I checked my phone and changed his contact to 🔥Todoroki❄️ I smiled down at my phone and walked back to my apartment.
