I feel like I'm gonna get lost in here.

I've never really seen an actual castle before, or even imagined them. They really are bigger than you think. And this hallway was a lot longer than I thought. Although, I kept finding myself distracted every now and then, taking long looks at the detailing in the walls and ceilings and looking at the underwater view from outside. My muscles ached a bit less now, but I didn't really get that far as to how slow I'm moving. Still pushing myself as far as I can on the ground and pulling my way along with the walls.

It felt really strange to be in such a place so out of the ordinary for me. I live in a tree house on the outskirts of a neighborhood in a large forest no one's even explored yet. And here I am, in an underwater castle. A kingdom that felt so far away, but was so close to another alien civilization. And I didn't even know about it. I almost felt like I didn't belong here.
Pulling myself around the walls and the ground helped, but I still felt pretty slow. Moving my wings as if I was a stingray wasn't helping me at this point. As I'm swimming along, my mind starts to wander again. I wondered what Teri's mom looked like. Does she have a human face like Teri with a long colorful fish tail? I almost couldn't imagine it, but I didn't want to jump to assumptions yet. Although, if Teri really looks up to her that much then I bet she's a wonderful queen to her subjects. Maybe there might be some pictures or paintings of her around here.
Although, I kinda doubt it. Everyone knows what happens to paper underwater. And paint doesn't stay on that long until it's completely washed away.

Eventually I find myself heading down a corridor and I turn right. Until I notice a small group of silver fish heading towards me and I stop. They frantically swim past me in all directions until they're behind me. I watch them go. They glimmer in the silver light and swim off. And without realizing it, I start to follow them.
