Killua did the most stupid thing today.I was lounging about when Killua walked up to me. "Hey, um Illumi? I need some advice," he told me.
"What is it?"
"How am I supposed to confess to this complete idiot that I like him? Hypothetically, of course."
"Gon?"
"Y-How did you know?"
"You seem to talk with him a lot. I can tell that you're very good friends and that you like him."
"Huh. I didn't realize I was that obvious. I should work on that. But do you have actual advice for me?"
"Well, come sit down with me," I said. He sat down next to me. "What's the situation?"
"So, I tried to ask him out but he didn't catch what I meant. Do I redo it or something?"
"Well, what did you say? You might've been too subtle."
"Err- I- I said that I liked him, then realized I screwed up and said 'as a friend.'"
"Are you fucking stupid?"
"What?"
"You don't take it back. You have to be...out there. It helps to just ask him ou- Holy shit."
"Did you have a realization?"
"Yeah, I should take my own advice. Thanks."
"Okay then, you're welcome. And thanks for the help."
"Mhm."
I'm kinda glad I helped Killlua today, as it would help me shoot my shot with Hisoka. I still wonder if this was a good idea, though.
