We can pretend that this is on time, right? Yes? Good.

Today, Hisoka and I went on our date. Well, I guess I can't say went, since we were already there.

Around 8:00, I heard a knock at my door. I stood up to open it, and I saw Hisoka. He was all dressed up in a suit and tie. "Good evening, Illumi. You'd better get ready. Here, I brought this for you." He handed me a bag, bowed, and left.

I opened the bag to see what was inside of it. I could tell it was some type of outfit, as it was made of fabric, but I couldn't tell what kind. I pulled it out of the bag, and it turned out that it was a beautiful dress. I sighed, rolling my eyes.

I slowly stripped my usual clothes off. Eventually, everything except my boxers and my corset thingy. I unzipped the fastener on the dress, then stepped into it. As I pulled it over my shoulders, I realized how inconvenient the tail was. It kept going everywhere, but I finally willed it to stay still against one of my legs. I zipped the zipper back up, then stood in front of the mirror to see how it looked.

The dress had an off-the-shoulder sleeve, which was about 2 inches (5.08 cm) long. The bodice and sleeve were a cream-pink color and were adorned with silky roses. The waistline of the dress was also ornamented with roses. The skirt was a deep green, in perfect contrast with the creamy-pink color of the bodice. It was pleated and the ends skimmed the floor.

After I was finished putting the dress on, about 30 minutes had passed. Hisoka and I had agreed on 9:00, so I had 30 minutes to do my hair. I eventually decided on simply French braiding it. It took about 25 minutes, so I decided to put a rose barrette in my hair.

I put on some green heels I had, as they matched the dress I had on. I then went down the stairs to the kitchen. I couldn't believe my eyes.

Hisoka had decorated the place to look like a fancy restaurant. The counter was draped in a red velvet tablecloth, and there was a candle atop it. "You did all of this? Really?" I asked, astonished.

"Yes, I did. Are you proud of me?" He asked jokingly.

"Yes. I'm very proud of you. What is for dinner?"

"We'll have to see. Shalnark is cooking, by the way."

I knew from experience that Shalnark was a good cook, so when he brought in the food I was rather excited to see what he had come up with. "Good evening, Mr. Morow, Mr. Zoldyck. Today I have prepared Scotch eggs lightly drizzled with Hollandaise sauce, as well as rare steak. I hope you enjoy your meal, sirs," he said, handing us plates of food.

"Thank you for the meal, Shalnark," Hisoka said, smiling.

"Yes, thank you very much," I said.

"It's not a problem."'

After we finished eating, we thanked Shalnark for helping out and left. All in all, this was a great first date.
