Somewhere in the future:

-

3rd pov:

Aether walked up the mountain and Paimon flew next to him.

Zhongli walked infront of them both, leading them towards the special place.

When they finally reached the top of the mountain they looked around.

This mountain was Mt. aozang.
Over the years the mountain had changed a lot.

Y/n pov:

I watched as Aether, Paimon and Zhongli arrived.

They looked at the place in shock.

Aether nor Paimon had seen what had happened around here.

Where there once was a small group of trees, now stood a single fox-shaped sakura tree. (Like in Yae Miko's shrine)

"A sakura tree in Liyue?" Paimon asked.

Aether looked towards the roots of the tree and saw the Conqueror of demons quietly resting against it.

"Did Y/n plant it?" Aether asked.

Zhongli looked at the tree and sighed.

"No."

I looked at them, wondering why Zhongli would tell.

Back to the present:

Y/n pov:

I was curled up against myself and felt my heart get heavier, every second i spent thinking about what i had done.

I betrayed his trust.

I shouldn't have come here.

What do i do when i see Xiao?

I sat on top of the mountain at Guyun Stone Forest.

I looked down at Beidou's ship as her and the crew slowly got sober.
The night had passed and it was early in the morning.

But i never went back to the Inn.
How could i?
I felt terrified.
What if Xiao already knew?

My ears slowly swayed with the wind and i hugged my tail for comfort.

Every second that passed made me more angrier at myself.
I bit down on my tail and dug my fangs into it.
I was so mad at myself.

I jumped up to my feet and kicked the big rock i was leaning against, down the mountain. It landed in the ocean.

I sat down on my knees and stared at the ship.

Kazuha walked around, unbothered by what had happened and carried a few boxes with him.

He should be mad at me.
I kissed him without his consent, and i have a boyfriend.
