He came out of the hospital and saw her waiting. He sighed. He didn't want to face her or talk to her.

"Kia karrahi ho yahan?" He asked with creases on his forehead.
(What are you doing here?)

"None—"
"Yes I know it's none of my business. Now tell me."
"Kiu bataun? I am waiting ." Nevertheless, she told him.
(Why should I tell you?...)

"FOR?"
"Cab."
"It's not safe. Come, I'll drop you."
"Nothing will happen. I won't take any help from you."
"Don't test my patience." He gritted his teeth.
"You don't have it in you."

"Dekho, main tumhy aesay akely is waqt cab main nahi janay dunga."
(See, I won't let you go alone at this time on a cab.)

"Apse ijazat maang kon raha hai." She glared at him.
(Who is asking for your permission?)

"Tum arahi ho ya—" He took a step towards her.
(Are you coming or—-)

"Nai aungi." She was tired but stubborn.
(I won't.)

"Hoor." He glared at her & she sighed.
"Main bht thak gayi hun. Aaj aap ne pehle jo krlia wo bht hai. Mjhy mery haal pe chorden." She yawned again and waved her hand at a taxi.
(I am very tired. What you already did today was enough. Leave me on my own.)

But Ahil was quick to grab her arm and drag her towards his car. She didn't have energy to fight against him, he was definitely strong and moreover, she wasn't feeling well. He released her arm when he reached his car.

"Andar betho." He ordered sternly. She peeked at him. He was wearing a white shirt with sleeves rolled and a black pent. His white coat was not there and there was a watch on his left wrist. The top button of shirt was open.
(Sit inside.)

"Andar bethne ko kaha hai, mera jaiza leny ko nai."
(I asked you to sit inside, not to check me out.)

"Ap itne handsome nahi jo apka jaiza leti phirun. And Apke kehne se kia hota hai, I am not in hospital. Intern nahi hun is waqt jo apki baatain manu."
(You're not that handsome that I'll be checking you out. And why does it matter what you say, I am not in hospital and not your intern that I'll listen to you.)

"Tum nahi sunogi meri?"
(You won't listen to me?)

"Nahi."
(No.)

Ahil grabbed her arm, opened the front door & pushed her inside. He locked the door from outside and then went on his side. He sat inside, locked his door and turned the child lock on.

"Mujhay apke sath nahi jana." Hoor said as soon as he sat inside. He glanced at her, took out his mobile and called his father in law.
(I don't want to go with you.)

"Assalamoalaikum Uncle. Jee wo is waqt Late horaha hai toh maine socha Hoor ko drop krdun wo aaj gaari nahi layi but she's adamant on going on a rickshaw. Mujhay to mana krdya hai aap hi baat krlen. Shayad apki baat man le. Aap to jantay hain yun akely is waqt jana safe nahi hai." Hoor's eyes widened when he forwarded the phone to her. She took the phone and put it on her ear.
(...Yeah it's late so I thought I should drop Hoor since she didn't bring her car as well but she's adamant on going on a rickshaw. She denied me so you please talk to her. Maybe she'll listen to you. You know it's not safe to go alone at this time.)

"Hoor beta, it's late & unsafe. Please come with Ahil. I am waiting for you. Meerub has a fever & she's not even sleeping."
"Okay baba." She mumbled and forwarded his phone. He said Allah Hafiz to his FIL and then cut the call.

"Agr baba na kehty to main hargiz na jati."
(I would've never come if baba hadn't asked me to.)

"Mera dimagh kharab krne ki zururat nahi hai, chup krke bethi rho."
(Don't make me mad, sit quietly.)
