Part 59

It was 12:47 a.m. The sky was dark outside. It had rained in the morning so everything looked fresh except her. She was feeling dull since he was not talking to her. He didn't even see her before leaving for home from work. She picked her phone up and opened whatsapp.

"I love you." She added a blue heart after the sentence and pressed the blue and white symbol to send it. The double tick indicated it was seen. In 2 minutes, it was seen. In 10 minutes, there was still no reply and she could see him online. She felt bad. But it was night, she could not go and see him. This was not the first text she had sent in the past 30 minutes, it was her 43th I love you that was seen and ignored. She sent another one. In 5 minutes, the dp was removed. She frowned. Why did he remove his dp?

"Why did you remove your dp? It was my favourite picture of yours." She sent the text but there was no double tick. Her eyes widened. Did...did he just block her?

She glared at the screen as if it was him. She decided to talk to him early in the morning tomorrow. She will go to his house and talk to him first before leaving for the hospital.

He was in the kitchen, cutting vegetables to make noodles when he received her first text. He ignored it. He kept ignoring and she kept texting him. His noodles were almost done but she was still texting him. It was time for him to eat and devour his food. He decided to block her to eat in peace as well as tease her and give her a lesson. It was true he was angry at her. She deserved this much, at least.

He woke up and squinted his eyes due to the sunlight coming. He looked beside and she was still sleeping. He pressed a kiss to her cheek and went to the washroom. He came out in about 20 minutes, and decided to wake her up and have breakfast with her before leaving for the office. She had slept enough. He mostly made her do breakfast with him since he won't be with her at lunch. He sat beside her bed and pulled the sleeping toddler in his lap.

"Meeru baby, wake up. Good Morning time." He kissed her cheek.

"Tatu loves you and Tatu will always be there for you." He pinched the little nose. He did not know why but he always woke her up with such sentences. He wanted to make sure she knows he's always there for her whenever in life she needs help and support.

She opened her eyes a little bit, made a face and then closed them again as if he had disturbed her.

"I am going to the office. Tatu ke sath breakfast nahi karna? Phr tatu chalay jayengy." He knew she'll open her eyes now and she did. She opened her eyes and looked at him.

(...Don't you want to have breakfast with tatu? Then tatu will leave.)

"Meeru wake up hai. Meeru tatu k sath breakfast krna hai." She mumbled half asleep and he chuckled. She loved having her meal with her tatu.
(Meeru is wake up. Meeru wants to have breakfast with tatu.)

"Ok then go to the washroom and then come out hurry up." He picked her up and dropped her in front of the washroom and started cleaning the bed while she came back.
In a few minutes, she came out. He shook his head in no and took a tissue. He wiped the toothpaste from her mouth and threw the tissue in the barbie dustbin.

"How many times have I told you not to eat the toothpaste?" He picked her up and moved to the kitchen.

"Toothpaste yummy. Meeru eat yummy." She explained the logic behind eating toothpaste.

"Yummy to ye tomato cheeks bhi hain, tatu ka bhi dil krta hai ye cute sa baby kha jaun." He kissed her cheek hard.
(These tomato cheeks are yummy too, tatu also wants to eat this cute baby.)
