"Whole day, I am at work. In the evening, I want to have a cup of tea in peace. You can't even make it properly?!" Nazneen stood silent. She had cleared the tea from the room. At that time she had cleaned up and came into the lounge while he was yelling at her. Hira was standing at the top of the stairs silently watching everyone. For so long Sherazi was shouting at Nazneen. Hira could not listen anymore and then turned and ran upstairs to the store. Tears were falling from her eyes. She went and sat in the store and muffled hiccups started echoing in the store. She was alone in the store at the time, but soon four kittens and their mother were by her side. The cat was sitting on her lap and loving her, as if understanding her pain.

'Kutta.Kutta.Kutta.Kutta.Kutta.' She said the most abusive word she knew. She didn't know yet that dogs were loyal. They don't attack their own home.

"This is too much. No one dies because of someone's departure. There is only an incompleteness, but then life goes on." Wania spoke after hearing an emotional sentence in a drama on TV. Ayaan was standing ready to go somewhere, putting his watch on, they were both in the lounge. Momal and Ali were drawing while the younger three were in the lawn with Halima. Wania was watching the drama and making comments.

"What do you think?" Ayaan picked up his wallet from the couch.

"You are right."

"Of course I'm right, I know that too. I want to know your thoughts on this. What do you think?"

"I'm leaving now, but I'll tell you when I think about it. The answer is on me." Wania nodded. He called her Allah Hafiz and went out shaking hands with Ali and Momal. He opened the door and went out and was about to reach the car when he was called. Meerub was running from the front, making a fist of both hands and saying 'Baba, Baba, Baba'. The face was beaming with excitement and joy. Ayaan laughed a little at the way she ran and waited for her to arrive. As she reached Ayaan, she raised her fist as if to tell him that there was something in it without opening it.

"What's in it?"

"Game." That is, Ayaan had to guess.

"Flower." Meerub shook her head in the negative and laughed.

"Mud." Meerub shook her head in the negative again.

"Toy." Meerub's giggles increased with each wrong answer and Ayaan also laughed along.

"Come on, Baba gave up. Tell me." Meerub opened her fist and a blue butterfly flew out.

"Butterfly!" Ayaan looked back at the flying butterfly. Within moments the butterfly disappeared. Meerub was also watching it fly. Ayaan turned his eyes towards Meerub.

"Baba has a butterfly too." She immediately turned and looked at Ayaan's hands in surprise. They were empty. Then she put her hand in Ayaan's pocket to look for the butterfly and Ayaan's laughter echoed.

"Meeru titli dekhna hai." Ayaan kissed Meerub's cheek. (Meeru see butterly)

"Here's my butterfly." As soon as Ayaan tickled her, both father and daughter laughed out loud. At once, leaving Ayaan's lap, Meerub ran towards the plants. There were small flowers growing there. She was running towards Ayaan while plucking flowers from there to give them to him. Ayaan was smiling and looking at her.. And at that moment Ayaan got the answer to Wania's question.

"Why should I apologize to anyone?" The slap on the face took away her words. She looked at the person in front of him with a hand on her cheek.
