"Dr Hoor—"

"Han yaar pata hai mujhay Dr Ahil is calling me or Dr Ahil wants to talk to me or Dr Ahil wants me in his office right now. Ab toh tumhari shakal dekh lon to lagta hai tumhare Dr Ahil mjhy awaz derhy hain."

Hoor cut off the receptionist even before she could say anything. She did not want to go in front of him in case he asks about anything he heard when she was talking to Wania. But alas, he was her senior here whom she was supposed to listen to.

(Yes I know Dr Ahil is calling me or Dr Ahil wants to talk to me or Dr Ahil wants me in his office right now. Now when I see your face I feel like your Dr Ahil is calling me.)

"Ok." The receptionist didn't say anything because Hoor was right. Hoor was busy with a patient so she decided to go after she's free. After 15 minutes, she was free and entered his room after knocking. He was also busy with a patient and she stood at a corner for 30 minutes, cursing him in her heart.

"Dr Hoor, I told you to come about an hour ago, No?"

"Sir aap hukam kren, apke office ke bahar apna bistar laga leti hun. Aap ne ghanti bajayi aur main Hazir." She taunted in a serious manner with no hint of a joke.

(Sir you order, I'll put my bed outside your office. You ring the bell & I am here.)

"Fazool kam bola kren, why were you late?" He glared at her with creases on his forehead.
(Talk less rubbish...)

"I was dealing with a patient."
"I have a question."
"Ba—I mean ask, sir." She controlled herself from asking him to bark.

"What's the matter between Ayaan and Wania api?"
"I don't think I am supposed to answer any personal questions."
"YOU.ARE"

"I am not, and I won't. I guess we should decide that we won't be talking about personal problems and relationships here to maintain the work environment." Hoor didn't want to see him as a husband here, she didn't want to have problems at work. Ahil thought for a few seconds and then nodded.

"Well we can't talk about personal things but we surely can about work." He said a few seconds later.
"Yes." Hoor said & Ahil glanced at the clock.
"You're not having patients for the next 30 minutes, right?" He knew there were no appointments in her name & if there were other patients, there were more doctors to deal with.
"Yes." She frowned.

'Ab kia kaam dengy ye. Sukoon ni leny dena bs.'
(What will he give me now? Just Can't let me have peace.)

"Can you see that cupboard with all those files in the corner, Dr Hoor?" He pointed at a corner & Hoor looked towards the direction.

'Of course I can see. Andhi thori na hu main. Aur phr itna bara tou andhe ko bhi dekhai dega. Huh.'

(...I am not blind. And even a blind could see this huge cupboard...)

"Yes, sir." She nodded in confusion.
"I want you to arrange the files according to alphabetical order. In 30 minutes. Ok?" He raised his eyebrows and she nodded. What else could she say?

'Kam chor admi. Apna kam mjhy dedya. Apna office sambhal ni skta. Secretary rakh le na main koi secretary thori hun inki'

(Lazy Man. He gave me his work. He can't handle his office, hire. Secretary. I am not his secretary.)
