The Start

The league grinned, Midoriya was truly a mastermind.

"Hm, I'll attack alone tonight when everyone is asleep.
I'll target commission buildings.

I'll leave some sign saying this is the beginning of a war. They'll make the assumption that I'm doing this alone.

When it comes to the 4th or 5th attack you'll all attack with me.
Understood?"

They all nodded their heads.

"Okay good, then this meeting is dismissed."

The league parted from there, they all had 1 thought on their minds.

"Can't be in Japan tonight"

Night fall descended upon Japan fast, it was mid winter after all.
Spring had months to come.

Wind breezed by, it fluffed up izuku's hair as he stood alone on Tokyo tower.
He was in his villain outfit, it was all black so it was hard to see him down below.

He sighed, a puff of steam escaped his lips.
He stared down at the city, a grin began to form on his face.

"Izuku"
Hisashi said as he walked out the warp gate.

He glanced at his father, "yeah?"

"Are you absolutely prepared to start this alone?"

"Why wouldn't I be? I could destroy Tokyo in 1 blow if I so desired to.

But that isn't the goal.

The goal is to do as minimal destruction while killing the most people.

What's the point on ruling over a broken worn down country?"

"Well then.
Stay safe, I'll see you after you finish"
He waved at Izuku, he waved back as his father disappeared back into the warp gate.

Only street noise could be heard, beeping cars, human chatter, and busy lives.
But to izuku it was almost silent, anticipation coursed through his veins.

He couldn't figure out what to start with.

He had so many quirks, so many options, he just knew he had to start off with a blast.

A grin struck his face, he knew exactly what he'd do.

"I'll set up bombs everywhere whilst invisibly teleporting.
Then I'll attack."

Quirk-
Invisibility.

This quirk allows the user to go invisible, clothes included.

Drawback-
Sometimes the user will involuntarily go invisible.

He teleported around Tokyo, bombs were placed in several locations with the use of the quirk he had stolen from curious.

After 300 bombs were set up, he returned back to Tokyo tower.

"Alright.
The traps are set.

Now we need some impact.

If I used pulse wave, the buildings would be destroyed...

But I'm only attacking Tokyo as of right now.

And this portion is to serve as a distraction while I go destroy other commission buildings.

So then using pulse wave will have to be the way to go."
A toothy grin struck his face as he sprouted wings and flew down a bit.
