After a few disheartening losses, the Colgate Raiders head to Hanover, New Hampshire to open ECAC Hockey play against the Dartmouth Big Green tonight at Thompson Arena. With 4:32 left in the first period, Mark Gallant scored to make it 1-0 Big Green. Carter Gylander and Clay Stevenson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 1-0 Dartmouth heading to the second period. With 12:44 left in the second period, Alex DiPaolo scored his second goal of the season to tie the game 1-1. Gylander and Stevenson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, we'll remain tied 1-1 heading to the third period. With 12:56 left in the third period, Harrison Markell scored to make it 2-1 Dartmouth. With 9:37 left in the third period, Sean Chisholm scored to make it 3-1 Big Green. With 6:59 left in the third period, Jeff Stewart scored his second goal of the season to make it 3-2 Dartmouth. Clay Stevenson finished off the Raiders and Dartmouth hangs on and wins 3-2. Colgate dropped to 5-5-0 on the season and 0-1-0 in ECAC Hockey play.
