After a resilient win last night, the Colgate Raiders head to Troy, New York to play the Rensselaer Engineers tonight at Houston Fieldhouse. With 8:44 left in the first period, Paul McAvoy scored his first goal of the season to make it 1-0 Colgate. With 1:23 left in the first period, Jack Agnew scored to tie the game 1-1. Mitch Benson and Jack Watson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, we'll skate to a 1-1,first intermission tie. With 18:34 left in the second period, Colton Young scored his thirteenth goal of the season to make it 2-1 Raiders. With 1:45 left in the second period, Levi Glasman scored his third goal of the season to make it 3-1 Hamiltonians. Benson and Watson matched zeros for the remainder of the period so, 3-1 Colgate heading to the third period. With 9:01 left in the third period, Mason Klee scored to make it 3-2 Raiders. Mitch Benson finished off the Engineers and Colgate wins 3-2! Colgate improved to 12-14-3 on the season and 7-7-3 in ECAC Hockey play!
