After a whole day of waiting patiently Jin was slowly gaining his consciousness back.
Taehyung had woken up a few hours after he had been shifted to a different room. Jimin and Jungkook had cried rivers as the rest of them covered their baby bear in hugs and kisses. After much requesting the doctor had finally agreed on moving Jin and Taehyung to the same room.
At present all of them were sitting in the room.. talking to Tae when they heard a pained groan leave Jin's mouth
' Hyung' Jinnie' Jungkook and Namjoon were immediately on his side
' Hey' Jin croaked out..his voice coming off groggy.
' You have no idea how scared we were' Namjoon said kissing his forehead .
' Yeah Hyungie' Jungkook said tears pooling in his eyes.
Jin had a soft smile when he saw them..he looked around and saw all of them looking at him with wet eyes.
' Jin hyung' Yoongi called out as he rushed towards his hyung hugging him carefully. Jin wrapped his hand around him slowly.
' What happened to my whinny Yoongi?' Jin smiled ' Aish you stupid kids' He said looking around at all of them. ' Don't tell me you guys thought that am dead' Jin stopped when Yoongi raised his head with an angry glare ' What? How could you guys think of such a thing? Oh my god am too young to die this soon'
' Keep quiet you grandpa...we thought that your old bones will break' Jimin teased as a tear rolled down his cheeks..all of them had a small smile seeing the goofy side of Jin
' How are you feeling Tae? Is it hurting too much?' Jin asked looking at Taehyung who just lied on his bed.. not uttering a single word.
Tae tilted his head a bit to look at Jin and then turned back staring at the seeling
All of them seemed to be taken aback by his reaction
' Tae? Why are you not talking to hyung?' Jin asked worriedly
' You really don't know?' Taehyung snapped making Namjoon stand up from his seat
' Taehyung' Namjoon called out
' No Joon hyung. Not now' Tae turned his head towards Jin hyung as tears started finding their way out of his eyes ' You shouldn't have done that hyung' A painful sob left his mouth ' You should never have done that'
' What do you mean Tae?' Jimin asked looking confused
' He pushed me out of the car' Tae said eyes still lingering on Jin. ' You shouldn't have done that hyung'
' Tae... You know why I did that' Jin started but stopped as Taehyung cut him off
' What? That your seatbelt got stuck after the first hit and you had started coughing out blood and you didn't want me to end up in a similar situation. What should I know? That you saw how I was not wearing the seatbelt and how my door was slightly open that the only thing that came to your mind was pushing me out telling me how Kook can't loose me and how sorry you are to break your promise?' Tae raised his voice ' We were together in that hyung.... And you did that! If I had been in your place would you have allowed me to face it alone? You would never.. I know y-'
' Stop!' Jin's face controted in pain
' Oppaa... don't stress ' Jisoo came closer
' Stop it Tae' Jin begged ' Please stop it. When I saw the jeep speeding towards us I just wanted to somehow take you to a safe place. I know I have promised to never leave you but I have also promised to save you from every disaster. And today I did what I felt right. Not only you Tae...If I have to die for any one of my kids or any one of you guys in this room.. I'll do it once...twice or a million times without hesitation. You guys got it? That's the end of discussion.' Jin concluded
All of them felt overwhelmed due to all these. Suddenly the door opened to reveal some men...or specifically policemen
' Mr Kim' The man looked at Shinwa ' Am Choi Soobin. Head of Police Seoul... And am incharge of Mr Jin and Taehyung's accident case'

' Soobin?' Jungkook looked surprised
' Hyung?' Soobin exclaimed as soon as he saw Jungkook. He rushed forward bringing the boy into his arms. ' O my god Jungkook hyung you have no idea how much we missed you. Why are you he- wait don't tell me...is this.. is this your Jin hyung about whom you used to talk?' Soobin asked as he looked at the said man
' Yeah.. Jin hyung ' Jungkook turned towards his hyung ' This is soobin and Soobs meet Tae...my boyfriend'
' Boyfriend!' Soobin asked excitedly ' Kook hyung and boyfriend... You are a lucky man hyung..Are all the handsome men in Korea related to you?
' Shut up kid' Jungkook scoffed as Taehyung looked wide eyed at him as a new side of Jungkook was slowly unraveling. His eyes held a more mature..manly glint when he saw Soobin
' You sure that you are a cop kid? ' Yoongi asked as he eyed the childishness of the new boy
' Oh..am sorry. I was just excited to see hyung after a long time. ' Soobin said sheepishly
' How do you guys know each other' Jimin voiced out the question that all of them.present there was having
' He was my junior at college...and..uh... well its a story for another time.' Jungkook said completely avoiding the topic
Why is he avoiding the topic? They seem to be pretty close.. Did something happen between them? A train of thoughts ran through Taehyung's head when he was cut off by Shinwa
' Mr Choi...did you get any leads?' Shinwa asked
' You can call me Soobin as you all are hyung's family' Soobin smiled but his entire aura changed immediately into something extremely serious as he said ' About the lead...it was not a-'
' Kook' Jin yelled cutting Soobin mid sentence. ' Go buy me some water'
' You scared the hell out of me just for this?' Jungkook asked baffled
' What? So are you going to let me die without water?' Jin fake gasped
' Stop with this dying shit' Jungkook said as he left. This time Jin also noticed the way something different in Jungkook..as if something was triggering him to behave in a certain way
' Soobin' Jin called out ' Am sorry for interrupting you... but I know what you are going to say'
Soobin looked at him puzzled as Jin continued
' I know..that ours was not an ac-accident.. it..it wa-' Jin stopped as Soobin completed the sentence for him
