A couple of weeks had gone by since you and Levi returned to The Headquarters. You two have attended to your duties as Squad Leaders that there were some new recruits who doubt you two are even married.
Of course that is until they saw the identical rings around your and Levi's fingers.
"But are you sure they are really married?" one recruit asked as they tend to the horses in the stables.
"Haven't you seen their wedding rings?" the other countered.
"Still, have you heard the soldiers talking about the two Captains about to face off in a hand-to-hand combat?"
"What?! Captain Levi and Captain Y/n will?"
The two left the stables after dumping the water for the stallions and quickly run to the training grounds where soldiers started to gather around. They made their ways through the soldiers and settled on the side as they saw the two Captains standing a good distance from each other.
"That's Captain Y/n Smith, right?" one asked. "I heard she's Deputy Commander Smith's younger sister."
"And that one is Captain Levi. Rumors had it that he came from The Underground."
