Chapter 6. Harry's Eyes

Luna's POV

I headed down the corridor, and suddenly, I bumped into somebody.

"Ouch! Hey Luna!" Hermione greeted me.

"Hello Hermione." I smiled at her. Harry and Ron were there too, so I waved at them. "Hello Ron, Harry."

I blushed a little when I said Harry's name since I liked him a lot. Then I realised Harry was very pink as well. He was trying to flatten his hair and he looked extremely anxious.

That's when I notice there were a pair of red shoes behind Hermione. I perked up immediately, since the war had made me ten times more alert than usual.

"Hermione, there's a pair of shoes behind you!" I cried.

"Oh-what?-Where-" Hermione looked around quickly.

There wasn't anything.

I sighed, still staring at the spot where the shoes were. I guess it was my illusion.

Harry looked at me. His emerald green eyes caught my ocean blue ones. He smiled.

"Bye Luna, we're going to class."

"Bye Harry, Ron, Hermione." I replied. I felt a sinking feeling in my stomach as he left. I tried to shake it off.

Harry Potter, the Person Who Defeated The Darkest Wizard in the 19 Century, would not have Loony Lovegood as a girlfriend!
