We Are Grounders

I was woken up by Octavia and I instantly smiled and hugged her.

"I'm so glad you're safe." I sighed

"Me too. But we only found Myles. And we also lost Monty but we'll get them back." Tavia says

"Ok.." I frown

We walk outside and watch everyone build the traps outside camp.

Suddenly a gun was shot and we looked to the direction it came from.

Someone had fallen asleep and accidentally shot the gun.

"I'm sorry man I fell asleep I've been on watch all day." He said

"We've all been on watch all day! That bullet was one less dead grounder." Bellamy yells, grabbing him

"Bell your scaring people." Tavia says

"Well they should be! The bomb at the bridge bought us some time but our time is up! They're out there right now, waiting for us to leave so they can kill us one by one. Clarke, Finn, and Monty are gone. Probably dead."

I know I had a gut feeling that they were dead but hearing it said out loud made my breathing uneasy.

I already lost Wells I can't loose them too.

It was morning and I was in Tavia's tent, sharpening my knife when all of a sudden she barges in.

"Murphy killed Myles and has Jasper as his hostage." She said in one breath

I gasped before following her outside to Bellamy.

"So Murphy really dose have Jasper?" Tavia questions

"Yeah. Is the foxhole done?" Bellamy asked

"What?" I say in disbelief

"Bell our friends are in there with a killer!" Tavia yells

"Take a look around, O. No one is working. If we're attacked now, we're dead." Bellamy stated

"Murphy!" I yell, ignoring Bellamy

"Murphy if you touch Jasper, you're dead!" Tavia yells

"O, Aurora, I got this."

"Oh really? Because it doesn't look like you're getting jack shit done" I mock

"Bellamy you're right there's a loose panel on the back. I'll be able to pop it and get under." Raven said walking up to us.

I mentally face palm myself

"Alright. Do it."

"Sorry." Tavia and I say

Bellamy proceeded to convince Murphy to take him and release Jasper.

It was brave of him to do it but I hope Raven will be able to pop the panel in time...

We waited a couple of minutes outside before hearing a gunshot

"Bell are you okay? Bellamy!"

"Yeah I'm okay. Everyone get back to work and tell Raven to hurry her ass up." Bellamy responded

Only a couple of people went back to work while Tavia, Jasper and I sat at the front of the drop ship

15 minuets pass and the door opens. We rush inside to see Bellamy being hung. Jasper quickly holds his legs as Octavia undoes the buckles.

"Breath Bellamy." I say as I take the noose off his neck

He starts to cough before getting up

"Murphy! It's over!" He yells while climbing up the ladder.

Bellamy tried to open the hatch which is locked and eventually we hear a loud explosion.

Bellamy finally opened the hatch and the room was filled with smoke.

There was a giant hole in the wall and when we looked out, we saw Murphy had escaped.

"Dude knows how to make an exit. Should we go after him?" Jasper scoffs

"No. Grounders will take care of him. We're going to find our friends now." Bellamy said

I climb down the ladder and tell Tavia what had happened.

"Clarke and Finn are back!" I hear someone yell

Tavia and I smile at each other before running to the gate.

"Clarke, Finn!" I smile before embracing them in a hug

"Where have you been? Where's Monty?" Jasper asked

"Monty's gone?" Clarke questions

"We need to leave now. All of us do. There's an army of grounders unlike anything we've seen coming for us right now." Finn said

"Like hell we do. We knew this was coming." Bellamy protested

"Bellamy we're not prepared." I fire back

"And they're not here yet we have time to get ready where would we go anyways?" Bellamy questions

"There's an ocean where we can cross. People will help us." Finn responds

"You saw Lincoln." Tavia and I said

"You expect us to trust him? A grounder? This is our home now. We built this with our bare hands and our dead are buried here. I say let them come!" Bell yelled earning some cheers from the crowd

"He's right. If we leave we may not find a place like this. And we may be faced with worse tomorrow!  But that doesn't change the fact that we will die if we stay here. So pack your things only what you can carry." Clarke orders

Everyone listened and began to get their necessary belongings.

"Help me!"

We turn to the source of the voice and it's Raven.

"Murphy shot her." Bellamy said as we helped her into the drop ship.

"You're goanna be okay." I smile, wiping the blood off her nose
