The Other Side

We kept on radioing the bunker and Bellamy finally picked up.

"O, it's me. You ok?"

"I'm alive. I won. Bell, what the hell did you do?"

"It wasn't me. But I'll fix it."

"We don't have much time." I point out

"Listen to me, when I won, I decided to share the bunker. 100 from each clan. Kane is out there buying us time, helping them select their people. And Gaia somehow convinced the scouts to lock down the temple. But if anybody finds out that Skaikru stole the bunker, we're all dead."

"Copy that. I'm on my way...O, i'm gonna need some time."

"Wait what? Bellamy we don't have time!"

"Bellamy?"

Silence.

"Damnit!" I yell

"They've made their choice. We have to find another way in." Indra advised

"There is no other way in. This one stayed hidden for 100 years." Octavia sighed

"Then we should break it open."

"Then it won't protect anyone." I sigh

"The black rain is keeping the clans at bay for now. But when it stops, and they find out what your people did..." Indra trails off

"They stole the bunker. They're not my people anymore." Tavia snaps

"I wondered why Kane was stalling."

We look up to see Echo. Indra took out her sword and got in front of us.

Echo looks at the closed bunker, "Skaikru dishonors us all yet again. When the people find out, you'll pay for this in blood."

Before Echo could leave Tavia called out for her.

"Skaikru wasn't the only clan that show dishonor at the conclave. Was it? I know you were disguised as a warrior on the battlefield, and I know Roan caught you. I even know that he banished you for it." Tavia smirks

"Is this true?" I gasp

"If the scouts check the blue Cliff warriors body, they'll find Azgeda arrows." Tavia says

"And Roan did not have a bow. Azgeda broke the rules. They should not have a place in this bunker." Indra realizes

"Wonkru, Indra. I will not banish an entire clan because of one persons sins." Tavia reassured

"What do you want?"

"Only for you to honor your king by joining me. If you do, when Bellamy opens the door, my decision will stand. Azgeda will survive Praimfaya." Tavia offers

"Your plan is to wait? To hope Bellamy comes to your rescue?" Echo asks

"Yes."

"Knowing how he feels about you... I'd say that's a good plan."

I felt a tension between Echo and Tavia so I had to break it.

"What's wrong? Why is there some kind of tension between you two?"

"You don't know?" Tavia realizes

"Know what?"

"Tell her, spy."

"Uh, before the blockade, Roan went behind your back and ordered me to capture Octavia but I thought I ended up killing her. I had stabbed her and kicked her over a cliff." Echo said, ashamed

"No wonder. It's a good thing shes alive because I'd have your head." I scoff

One of the guards comes in.

"Rein-de don wan op. Emo kru's komba raun. Osir na hod emo klin, Heda?" The guard asks The rain has stopped. The clans are coming. Should we stop them, Heda?

I look at Tavia then the closed hatch. She nods

"No. Let them come." I say

The guard nods before walking away.

Suddenly, the hatch opens and Bellamy comes out.

Bellamy and Tavia embraced each other in a tight hug

"Oh I knew you'd come through."

"I love you so much."

"Octavia they're here." Indra warns

"Oso laik won kru. En dison laik oso hou." Tavia says We are one clan. And this is our home.

Tavia then takes out her sword and puts it to Echos neck.

"Everyone except for you."

"We had a deal. You said-"

"I said your people would live. I didn't say anything about you. You can tell them we stole the bunker if you want, but the doors open." Tavia reminded

"Be thankful knowing your banishment will be short." Indra reminds

"Praimfaya awaits." Echo smirks before walking away.

"Monin hou." I smile welcome home

We were now in a fancy office discussing some important things.

"This facility won't run itself."

"We'll have to worry about prioritizing doctors and engineers."

"All right. Of course we go for Raven."

"You call this justice?" Jaha frowns

"I call this making things right, thanks to my brother." Tavia rolls her eyes

"You let this happen. How many of us have to die?"

"You're lucky it's not all of you. You betrayed us like what? Three times?" I scoff

"Lucky?"

"We have 100 spots. The other clans have all chosen their survivors. We have to do the same." Kane informs

"100. We have over 4 times that." Jaha says

"A pain all clans feel." Tavia reminds

"This is what you wanted?"

"No one wanted this." Clarke sighs

"Want's got nothing to do whit this. Skaikru gets 100 beds, same as everyone else. Bellamy gets one of them. The rest is up to you." Octavia says

"The death wave comes in 24 hours. You have 12 to decide." I warn before walking out with Tavia and Indra behind me.
