Napatingin ako kay Octavia as she stared at him with a neutral face. I don't know why she's doing this eh sa kanya naman nanliligaw noon si Paolo
I glanced at Paolo, tila nagpipigil ito, trying to think if he's gonna apologize to me
"Sige, pahirapan tayo. Tell your father to bring the 8 billion dollars na pinondo ko sa campaign niya at para naman maintindihan mo, 413 billion persos. Cash" ani ni Octavia, giving him a menacing gaze
"Octavia... You don't have to..." I whispered but she cut me off "You should get used to this, Elaina. As my wife, whoever disrespects you will pay. The easiest way, apologizing and the hard way, by ruining their lives and reputation" seryosong sabi nito
"This isn't the way though, Tavia. Kung ayaw niya magsorry-"
"Then I'll ruin their lives"
"Octavia!"
"No, Elaina, this time I'll disagree with you"
Octavia focused her gaze kay Paolo, who was hesitating if he would apologize to me. After all, his ego couldn't accept it- No, he wouldn't accept it
"Go on, Paolo, apologize" she spoke again, her voice sounded very elegant yet threatening na para bang handa niyang patayin si Paolo sa harapan ng lahat. Well, a dead Paolo wouldn't be pleasant right?
She glanced at her nails and said "Dahil sinasayang mo naman ang oras namin, tell your father to bring the money at my company today, walang labis walang kulang. Makakaalis ka na" Paolo's eyes widened "N-No! He's gonna kill me!"
"Well, too bad. Ayaw mo magsorry? Then pay up"
He sighed and lowered his head. Akala ko magsosorry na siya but he glanced at Octavia deadly "I won't apologize to a low life like you, Octavia" he harshly spoke, making Octavia raise a brow. I saw amusement in her eyes. Seriously, she's amused?!
"Everybody knows that you're the lowest of the low in this academy. Ako! Ako ang naghahari sa buong school na ito!" he yelled as Octavia chuckled. She stood up and pulled him by his necktie that I got worried because I thought they would kiss
Yuck! Kadiri ka, Elaina! Your wife?! With him?! Wouldn't dream of it!
She whispered something in his ear that is inaudible kaya hindi ko na narinig. However, that made Paolo lose color. Octavia sat down and smirked "You'll regret that decision, Paolo, mark my words. You'll regret that you called your father to remove Elaina from her seat as President and insulting me. Like they said, those who are large, powerful, or influential will have more to lose when they fail" Octavia warned and glanced at me "Do you wanna eat something at the cafeteria, nagugutom ako eh" she softly smiled
Tumango ako at hinawakan ang kaliwang kamay niya na bilot ng panyo ko. We left everyone in the classroom as I focused on Octavia, running in the cafeteria while she was holding my hand. She looked cheerful, she was smiling, as if she didn't scare Paolo to death
She was happy right now, yung totoong masaya talaga and she looks more prettier like this. Yung hindi nakakatakot, yung hindi lagi seryoso, yung ganito lang

I wonder in this world she's running with an iron fist, did she ever been happy? A 17 year old leading a mafia and being the richest person in the world. It must've been hard for her too right? Kaya ba nasanay na siyang maging seryoso?
I don't know. She is still a mystery to me. Everything happened fast. The Olivia I know is Octavia. Us being married. Her being the richest person in the world and ruling a mafia. Too much and it's overwhelming
Pero kung overwhelming na sa akin to, papano pa kaya kay Octavia?
"Is something the matter, beloved?" ani nito habang iwinaksi ko ang lahat ng nasa isip ko. She was looking at me worriedly. How long am I spaced out at hindi ko napansin na nasa cafeteria na kami at nakabili ng makakain si Octavia? I smiled at her "Nothing to worry yourself about, wifey" sambit ko
I hope the smile I gave would assure her that everything is okay. Na hindi na siya dapat mag-alala sa akin because I know she's thinking a lot and she's been pressured a lot. Hell, I don't know if I could handle such stress
"He deserves it. You know? Being ruined like that after what he did to you" Octavia said. Akala niya ba yon ang iniisip ko? Nanahimik na lang ako at di na sumagot. I only stared at the food she was holding
Two cheesecakes and two milkshakes. One strawberry flavored while the other is chocolate
"I'm sorry if I was harsh. Is that why hindi mo ko kinakausap?" tanong ni Octavia. I shook my head "It wasn't your fault and hindi naman yon ang iniisip ko" sagot ko rito, making her confused
"Then, can you tell me kung anong iniisip mo? Maybe I can help?" I shook my head again "No need. It's a mystery I have to solve"
She blinked "I could have a reaper solve that to ease your worries or I could solve it for you. Ano ba yan?"
I chuckled softly "It's nothing like that and I wish to do it on my own. Isa pa, baka maintindihan ko rin naman ito sa mga susunod na araw"

I stopped myself from saying that and smiled "Nothing of your concern, wifey. You know what just eat na" I know she was confused pero hindi ko na sasabihin sa kanya. I'm not straightforward like her. Ayokong itanong ang mga bagay na maaaring mahirap ipaintindi sa akin. Mas gugustuhin ko na sa kanya manggaling at hindi ako ang magtatanong
Because I know something beneath that aura is something or someone bothering her mind that couldn't keep her at ease
