*Jake's POV *
I just got home from campus and I'm on the way to my work.
After like 2 hours, Autumn came in. She went up to the counter and ordered a drink.
"When are you free?" she asked.
"Tomorrow. I don't have class tomorrow but I have work."
"Ok good. Meet me tomorrow at 11 am at the mall."
"Why?"
"Because we need to talk about something important." she told me. She sounded mad. I wondered why.
The next day, I went to a place, a restaurant that she texted me a few hours ago.
She was already there, when I got there.
"Hey!" I said.
Hi. Ok so, I talked to my mom last night and she told there was a problem between us back then. What is it?"
What am I going to tell her?
"Why do you want to know?"
"Because I'm concerned about us."
" Okay. Well then, I don't really know what happened but-"
"But what?"
"But I can't tell you what I know."
"why not?!"
"Because you'll never believe me."
"How would I not believe if I don't know what it is? Just say it okay."
"Okay then. So on your 16th birthday. I asked you out....."
Her jaw dropped. Then I showed a video clip from my laptop. It's the video on that place that I recorded.
"I don't know what to say." she said.
"I shouldn't have showed it to you." I told her.
"No, it's fine.I think it's better for me to know that information."
"So what do you want to do now that I told you what happened back then.
She didn't answer. I didn't either. I don't know what to say.
'' I'll have to go." she said.
"I guess I'll go ahead too."
I think it's just best for me to avoid her right now. I don't know what I'm going to do.
I just went straight home and just stayed there for the the rest of the night.
