Crystal Valley, California
Lorraine was in Crystal Valley High School. She was new, and was trying to fit in. She was currently in the cafeteria, in line, getting lunch. Hot dogs, and baked beans were on the menu. She got her tray, and got served her food. She also a carton of white milk, and sat down all by herself.
"Hi, can I sit with you?" asked a blonde hair girl, holding her tray of food.
"Sure!" said Lorraine, eating her hot dog.
"Cool!" said the blonde hair girl, sitting down next to Lorraine. "I'm Tracey, what's your name?"
"I'm Lorraine. I just moved here from Delaware."
"Awesome!" said Tracey, eating her hot dog. "Why did you move here to California?"
"My dad got a new job," replied Lorraine, sipping her milk.
"That's cool!" said Tracey. "California is beautiful! Born and raised here!"
Lorraine was glad that someone sat with her during lunch. She made a new friend, and she wasn't lonely anymore.
