Heather was out on the streets, due to not paying her rent. Her landlord wasn't messing around. She failed to pay the rent in time. As a result, she was out on the streets, in the sizzling Arizona heat, cooking under the hot sun.
She walked to find the nearest cooling center. Being homeless was horrible. She would have to brave certain weather elements, like monsoons, and extreme heat.
Heather had no one to blame, but herself. And, her family members lived in Nevada. Therefore, it was impossible to find anyone in Arizona to take her in. It was a sad situation. And, it wasn't gonna end anytime soon.
