Georgia POV
I was walking back home with Shannon from school. "Really Shan oh my God" I asked laughing.
"Yep" Shannon replied smirking.
I opened the front door and walked in to see both my mum and dad waiting for us. They're hardly ever home since they're Property Owners so something must be up.
"We need to talk" my mum said before leading me and Shannon to sit. "Me and your father have been offered a higher paying job in North Carolina. We have accepted and are moving Monday, so get packing."
"WHAT!?" Me and Shannon both screamed. How could this be happening my whole life was here. I'm 14 I can't move all my friends my school. I would have to move schools? No no no this can't be happening.
"I'm sorry" My Father said abruptly "but me and your mother have already agreed, our pay here on England is nothing compared to this offer." They then left and just let us sit there shocked with this news we just got.
"I can't believe it" Shannon breathed.
"Neither can I" I replied.
