Jack and Sasha ended up staying at mine until Sasha had to be back in Birmingham and Jack had to be up in Middlesbrough.

"Are you gonna text your dad?" Sasha asked me.

"Do you think I should?"

"Text Gareth, just tell him your staying there and that you want to talk. Especially as you're staying with me." Jack interrupted.

"Okay." I replied and got my phone out.

I turned my phone off and looked at Jack and Sasha. "He said that he is sorry, I just don't even know how to go about forgiving him." I then started to look at the floor. "Like if I ever got in a fight with someone before, I cut them out of my life, I can't do that with my dad. But I don't know how to go about forgiving him."

"You just need to speak to him, when you do you will feel 100% sure of what you want to do. And don't get angry or defensive, you just need to stay calm, because you can get like that sometimes and then you can't stop." Sasha answered me, she spoke calmly, and made sure I was okay.

"Thank you sash, your right. I just need to stay calm, and breathe."

I looked at my phone and saw I was added to a groupchat
