"Y/N," A calm voice said. There was no atmosphere. It was plain white. I turned around to John looking at me. Seeing him again made me tear up a bit, but I quickly whipped them away.

"John," I swallow the lump in my throat.

"Don't cry." He told me. He started to step closer to me, and I avoided eye contact with him. "Look at me." He said softly, tilting my head by the chin. "I need ye to listen for a second, okay?" I nodded, wondering what he was going to say. "I may seem pissed off now and that I don't ever want to see ye again, but actually the one thing I want is to hold ye. I miss ye more than ever!"

I paused, letting what dream-John was saying. Did he really miss me, or was this my mind playing tricks on me? Thoughts like that kept racing in my mind, driving me insane.

"Good night, John." I say, wanting to end the dream.

"Sweet rests. I love you." He gave a small smile as I saw my dream fade away.
