(Sarah's POV)
*flashback*
"Who are you?" I called out.
The figure looked towards me. I couldn't see their face since it was almost pitch black outside. Whoever it was darted away when they saw me. I started to feel dizzy and starting seeing things that weren't there before. As I walked inside I heard Ashley talking.
*flashback ends*
"Jerome... You know I would never ever..." I held his hand.
"I know Sarah. I know." But he seemed uncertain.
"Who would-"
Just then the doctor walked in.
"Mr. and Mrs. Aceti."
"Yes?" Jerome and I said in unison.
"You have the clear to go home. So you should stay home and rest." The doctor explained.
He continued to explain everything but I zoned out. Hopefully Jerome was listening.
"Nothing is ever going to be be same ever again... Is it?" I said out of the blue.
They all just stared at me as if I were as crazy as Mitch...
