(Sarah's POV)
"Jerome!!!!!!!!!" I hollered down the stairs
"Yeah?!" He yelled back
"Can you get the stupid phone? I'm busy with Sophie!" I yelled back
Jerome and I have been married for almost 3 years now. It's nice and all but life is kinda boring. Ever since Eric's death we've kinda done nothing fun.
I've started to put together a game room for him. It's almost done. He's not allowed to go in there because he thinks it's the place where I like to get away from life, which it was until Jerome quit his job.
"It's almost finished" i thought to myself. "It's just missing something..."
"Sarah!!!!!!" I hear Jerome yell.
"Yeahhhhh"
"The phones for you. It's Jasmine."
I run downstairs and took the phone from Jerome
"Hey hey heyy" I sang into the phone
"Someone's happy" Jasmine chuckled.
"It's almost done" I smiled.
"Oh cool. I'm excited for you. Anyway, How's Sophia?"
"She's good. Right now she's sleeping but yeah everything's good."
"Wait she's sleeping but you and Jerome are yelling down the stairs?" I could tell Jasmine rolled her eyes.
"Yes now shut your pie hole."
"Haha listen, I gotta go but I'll call you later." I said.
"Ok talk to you later."
I ran back upstairs to find Jerome in his secret room.
"Jerome?! What the hell?" I ran up to him obviously annoyed.
"I'm-I'm sorry. The door was open and I-I just wanted to see it and-"
I threw my arms around him and kissed him.
"I don't care geez. I'm not that evil." I smirked.
"So what is all this?" Jerome pulled away.
"It's... It's um... Uh..." I have no idea why I'm trying to hide the surprise still.
He turned to me and grabbed my hand.
"Uh... It's for you. I wanted it to be a surprise for when it's done but I guess it's kinda not a surprise haha I don't know..."
"Sarah...?" Jerome looked me dead in the eyes.
"Am I in trouble or nah?"
He didn't say anything else but he grabbed my waist, pulled me in and we just stood there kissing for what seemed to be eternity.
