chapter 19~sports festival

I walked into the café that Isogai worked in. I was a usual customer because it was close to my apartment and school. Of course, I kept it a secret. "Oh, [Y/n]-san. The usual coffee or cake?" Isogai asked. "Cake, of course." I said and he smiled. Isogai wrote down my usual cakes and went to place the order. He came back with a cup of tea and pulled it down in front of me. "Here, it's on the house." Isogai said. "Really?" I asked and he nodded. "For keeping my secret and those big tips you leave." Isogai said. "It's no problem. I want to help you with your situation so..." I rambled and blushed a bit. "I'm still not used to people being nice to me." I muttered and looked away. Isogai chuckled. "Thank you for trying to help." He said. "If you still need any financial help, you can count on me. The government pays whether I kill Koro-sensei or not plus allowance that Karasuma gives me, so I have extra money." I said. Isogai nodded and smiled then walked away. "Oh, dear. Our intel was right. There is a student working here." I heard and glared. It was a Big Five. "This is your second major violation of the school rules. I expect better, Isogai." Asano walked in. "Asano..." I growled. I stood up and made my way over. "You have nothing better to do than bother E-Class students, Asano." I said and he chuckled then turned to me. "[Y/n]-chan, it's been a while. How's that boyfriend of yours?" He asked. "He's my bestfriend and he's fine. How is your ego, knowing the most embarrassing thing you've ever did is on my phone?" I said. Asano smirked. "How does you ego feel, knowing the I was your first kiss?" He asked and I glared. "I fell and you know that. Besides, you must have really enjoyed it because you're still talking about it." I said. "I merely like seeing your frustrated face when I remind you." Asano said. "Well you must love to see my face because you stalk me a lot." I said and handed Isogai some money. "Here, for my cake and 50% tip." I said and walked out.

"Pole-toppling at the sports festival?" I asked. "Yep. If we beat A-class, they'll let Isogai slide." Maehara said. I clicked my tongue. "Does this Asano kid bother you? Because Haru and I will take care of him." Kohaku said. I smiled. "Thanks but I don't want you both to go to jail." I said. "Besides If we don't agreed, Isogai-kun may be expelled." I said. "No...you don't have to. You never know what Asano has up his sleeve. And besides, I made this bed, I'll take responsibility ad lie in it. Expel me for all I care. I can pull off an assassination off school grounds." Isogai said and everyone was shocked. "Wh-What a...What a horrible idea!" Everyone yelled while throwing things at him. "Don't over think this, Isogai. We just have to be those nerds at pole-toppling, right? We got this in the bag." Maehara said and slammed his fist on the desk with a anti-sensei knife. "We sure do. We're practically lucky you got caught working!" Mimura said and placed his hand on the knife too. "This is our chance to pay'em back for all their daily spite!" Terasaka said. Soon all the guys were around him. I elbowed Kohaku. "You and Haru should make some male friends. Sure, they're annoying sometime, but they're good friends." I said and Kohaku sighed. Him and Haru walked over. "We may have only been here for a few days, but I guess we'll help." Kohaku said and Haru nodded. I smiled and walked out of the classroom.

We were at the main campus for the sports festival. I looked at Koro-sensei weirdly because he was taking tons of pictures of Kimura. My eyes widened when I saw Hara swallowed a whole bread like it was nothing. "Bread is for drinking." She said and walked across the finish line. "Too cool." The whole class muttered. "Yes, assassination has improved your physical fitness, balance, kinetic vision, and sense distance." Koro-sensei explained. I sighed and looked to the field. "I'm no match for him." I heard Isogai's voice. I walked over the Isogai and punched him in the head. "What did I say about talking like that?!" I yelled. He rubbed his head. "[Y/n]...-san?" He muttered. "I...I don't always place bets on you guys for a challenge or for luck. I do it because I believe that E-class can stand in the spotlight for once and you did. Sure, there's always someone better than you, but that doesn't mean you should give up completely. It's a chance to work harder to be better than that person." I said. "But, if everyone gets hurt because of me..." Isogai said. "The thing is...Out in the world, one person has only so much power." Koro-sensei said and pointed the camera at us. We posed for the picture. "The power to command allies into battle: That's where you've got Asano beat. If you find yourself in a pinch, everyone will fight alongside you. That's your personal magnetism. And as for me, I'm glad I got to be your teacher instead of Asano's." Koro-sensei said. "Same here. I'm glad to be your classmate." I said and smiled. Isogai blushed a bit. "Alright, guys. Let's go into this guns blazing like always!" Isogai said. "Yeah!" They cheered. I smiled as I watched them run to the field. "It seems that you are their motivation." Koro-sensei said. "What's that suppose to mean?" I asked while raising a brow. Koro-sensei laughed. "You're really dumb." Koro-sensei said and I glared. "What you say, Takoyaki?!" I yelled then sighed. "I can't just stand here while Asano cheats. If he cheats, we can too." I muttered and went to the bathroom. I disguised myself as a male. It seems to be working because girls were looking at me a blushing, others were talking about how good I looked. I tied my headband around my wig and ran onto the field. "Who the hell is that?!" I heard Terasaka. I got into defense position. "It's me, [Y/n]." I said and everyone's eyes widened. "shh." I hushed them. "Why don't you fight instead of defending like a bunch of turtles?" The guy from America said in English. "Hmph. But you don't even understand me, do you?"He continued. "It's all right, man. Why don't you attack instead of chatting away?" Karma said in English and I smirked. "Show us what you got." I said in English and glared at the American man. "Hmph. Bring it on." He said. "Okay, guys. Now! Operation: Tentacles!!" Isogai said. Sugino, Sugaya, Karma and I jumped into the air. Everyone pinned the American and the three others to the ground. 10 more men from the A-class team came at us. "Attack team! Operation: Mucus!" Isogai said and I nodded. I ran with them to Asano's pole. The ten guys who were going for the pole turned and started chasing us. "Damn." I muttered then smirked. 'I see.' I thought to myself. I looked at them and they nodded. "We all made a sprinted to the right around the 10 guys to the 3-D class sitting area. They tried to catch us, but we hoped from chair to chair, dodging them. "There are no rules about boundaries. Come on." I said in English. "The whole school is a battlefield." Karma said in the same language. We continued to dodge the man until Isogai shouted. "We're done running! Okay, team: Sonic!" Isogai said. "Alright!" We cheered and started running towards Asano's tower. We all jumped on Asano, but he had something up his sleeve. Asano grabbed Yoshida's arm and threw him off then kicked Muramatsu. "Martial Art?" I muttered. "You and I are standing on the same stage. Surely you're prepared to get kicked off." Asano said. I noticed them closing in. I gritted my teeth. "I'm going to defend!" I said. "Right!" Isogai said. I jumped down. The three remaining big guys came at me. "What are you going to do, shrimp?" One of them said and I glared. I charged at them and elbowed one of them in the stomach sending him flying backward. I noticed to two other guy flew back too. I saw that Kohaku and Haru were helping as well. I heard a loud crash. The A-class tower was on the ground. "The E-class...wins!" Isogai cheered. I smiled and went to change back. I came back and gave Isogai a hug. "I told you, you guys could do it." I said. "Yeah, thank you." Isogai said.

I sat in a tree, skipping class again. I sighed as I reflected back on my life. 'Monster!' The voice shouted. I hated that word. I decided to sing to calm myself down. "I like that song." I heard which scared me. I jumped a little and fell out of the tree. I landed on someone. I opened my eyes and met mercury colored ones. "For a girl with big boobs, you're surprisingly light." Karma said with a smirk and I glared at him. "So you're skipping class too, huh?" I said as I got off of him. "Yeah. That octopus was getting pretty boring." Karma said and leaned against the trunk of the tree. "I have a question for you." Karma said and I raised a brow. "Do you like a guy in from class?" He asked. "I like all the guys. Sure, you assholes can be annoying, but you all are the best friends I've had." I said and Karma chuckled. "And you call Karasuma-sensei dense." He said and stood up. "That's all I wanted. See ya." Karma said and walked away while sat there with a confused expression. "I'm dense?" I asked myself and shrugged it off.
