Uhhh..., idk how it happened but it happened.., my neck was hurting from 3-4 days but i didn't pay much attention, I'm like very negligent...i don't take any action unless it gets hard to ignore and there's nothing i can do to fix the prblm, and well today i wokup with an unbearable pain in my neck and arms too. So i had to go to a physiotherapist, he said it could be because of a pinched nerve...then he did some therapy. It's better than before but the pain is still there and i just got my periods, and i fought with my uncle today. I cried so much today.
