There rarely were times that Steve Harrington was shocked, suprised or confused. Until 2 years ago his bestfriend and at the time crush moved away. She left because her mom died, her dad couldn't handle the memories so she moved away with her older brother Billy and her dad.
He had never heard of the girl again until Dustin was at his door, that one day. Just when summer ended he said someone moved in the old home of Melanie. Dustin went to check and Melanie was back but not alone. Her dad had remarried and Melanie now had a Step Sister called Max, Billy was also with them and he looked a lot different then he used to but so did Melanie.
The first thing any normal person would think about when they're bestfriend is back is to go see them. But all Steve could think of was if she still liked him, like she did those 2 years ago. Sure it wasn't fair, he was dating Nancy. But u never really get over ur childhood crush.
If only he knew so much had changed about Melanie Hargrove, for starters she wasn't human anymore.
