You could practically see Amy's aggravated face over the ear-piece you'd received from Tails early on the mission.

You grinned at the sound of her voice, knowing she was alright after the explosion you had just caused, with the help of Tails, of course. You gave out a breathy laugh.

"We are, we just made a few tweaks here and there to our given instructions, you know, the usual..."

You smirked as you heard a groan, bashing another one of the robots Eggman had sent towards you. You kept a steady pace as you ran through the dimly lit woods, making sure to avoid the obstacles moving towards you. You swerved to the right, making sure to not fall as you did so.

You tapped on your earpiece.

"Tails!!"

"Roger!!"

"Who's Roger??"

"Knuckles, get off the line!! Keep distracting Eggman!!" Tails yelled over the background noise coming from Knuckles end of the line.

You chuckled at Knuckles question, but moved on to ask Tails.

"Tails, where did you say the temple was located??"

"Actually, you should just keep running forward, you're nearly there!!"

"Really? I don't see anything..." You squinted as you stared in front of you.

"Trust me, it's there. Just make sure to be careful while running over there. There should be a trench between you and the temple."
