Christmas Specials! [P.4] || Drabbles

?-Drabbles Part two-?

#1 Card || Boom Sonic:
- The party Amy decided to host gets him real grumpy, but you help him see the brighter side of the party. You make sure he eats, and you also make sure the townsfolk don't bother him (because they're so annoying, even for you).

- At some point, you get sick of all his whining (and everyone else), so you just hold him close, making him an absolute mess. "H-Hey!" He tugs at your arms as his face turns red. "What are you-" You kiss him, which makes him freeze. He touches his lips in shock before completely burying his head into your shoulder.

- You laugh. "Feel better?" He just hums in embarrassment.

- "Wow, The Blue Hero is so pathetic in front of a lady, look at that-! hrk!" You almost completely kill one of the townsfolk who had decided to say that before Sonic pries you away from him AND the party. Finally, an excuse.

- He's still slightly winded because of the affection you threw at his way, but when you get back to the cabin, he's calmed enough to return it, hesitantly kissing you back with a sigh of pleasantry. You tug at his scarf, signifying him to lead you to the couch, in were you drag him on top of you. He squeaks as he lands on top of you, your hand stroking his quills.

- "So much for a Christmas party." You mumble. Guilt stirs in his gut.

- "I- Um. Sorry." His voice lowers at the last part.

- You smile, kissing his forehead. "It's fine." You both sigh as you let yourselves take in the moment. His eyes snap open.

- "Wait!"

- He's out of the room in a flash, and comes back holding a bouquet of flowers, and a... "Is that card for me?" You glance down at it.

- He gulps. "Y-yeah..."

- He holds both items to you, ready to bolt out of the room at your disappointment.

- "It's your gift..." You blink. You gently take it from his hands, admiring the flowers before opening the card. He sharply inhales.

"To my one, true love, _____.

I really want to tell you
Just how precious you are to me,
My every thought of you is as loving as can be
My heart is totally filled with things
That words alone can't say,
This comes especially for you
With love on Christmas Day....

From, Sonic...."

You smile, tears pricking at your eyes. He grimaces. Was it that ba- You hug him, burying your face into his shoulder. "I love you, too." He breathes out a sigh of relief, his hands holding onto your waist.

"I love you so much..."

#2 Gift || Rusty Rose:
Rusty glanced over her shoulder at the human that stood next to her. She blinked as she stood to face them, hands still gripping onto a metallic box. You waved at her in a friendly manner, holding a box of your own.

"Hello, Rose. How do you do? Did the Council tell you to decorate the place?"

"Greetings to you too, _____. I am well. Systems are operating smoothly. The Council wanted to "bring in the Christmas spirit", as you will, so I was ordered to decorate the building." She looked off to the distance.

"Whatever meaning that may have."

You shrugged.

"Just means they want the atmosphere to be Christmas-like. Say, do you need any help?"
