"Santu ji, aap kahe itna harbara rhi h, ham aaram se thane jaa sakte h aur km bhi abhi pahle yaha ghar aayengi, phir thane aayengi na, isiliye to ham dono yaha saaf safai karwane aaye h!", said cheeta assuring santu.

Santu found point in his words and agreed to what he said.

"Tum dono eha darwaze pe kaa kr rhe ho?" KS's voice alarmed both of them who were quite lost in each other.

"Maddam bas yaha ka kaam khatm karke ham nikal hi rhe the, phir socha ki aapka wait kr lete h phir milke jayenge" replied santu.

Ks just nodded to her response and left for her room asking cheeta to bring her luggage inside and then permitting them to leave for mpt.

"Ji sir, km bas thori hi der mein thane aane wali h, phir ham unko ye khabar de denge... ji ji sir, Jai hind" said pj to dsp who was on the other side of the call.

Both cheeta and santu were looking at her with curious eyes seeing which pj replied, "dsp sir ne km ko kisi khaas wajah se headquarters bulaya h!"

Santu asked," par pushpee hamne to kuch pucha hi nhi?"

Pj just hopelessly nodded and said," beta santu, tum singhade khaya karo aur harr cheez puchi nhi jaati h, insaano ki aankhein dekh ke bhi samajh aajati h ki uske mann mein kya chal rha h"

Santu just nodded and then they all soon got indulged into their works.

"Kaa baat h aaj thane mein koi bakaiti nhi ho rhi h?? Sab shanti se apne kaam mein lage hue h!" said karishma standing at the door while looking around.

Everybody got attentive hearing her voice, they all came near her and saluted her, " jai hind km".

Ks replied," jai hind!"
"Ha to ham puch rhe the ki aaj itni shanti kaise h thane  mein?" asked ks while keeping her goggles and cap on her desk.

"Kuch nhi km bas u dsp sir ka phone aaya aur uske baad ham sab kaam mein lag gaye to bas aise hi.", said cheeta

"dsp sir ka call? Ka Bola unhone?" ks queried.

"Ha, wo maddam abhi ek ghante pahle dsp sir ka call aaya tha aur unhone aapko headquarters bulaya h, jaise hi aapko ye khabar mile waise hi!", informed pj.

Ks sighed.
"Acha theek h ham nikalte h, aap sab thane ka dhyan rakhiye aur kuch bhi ho to turant hame call kariyega.", ks said and then immediately left from there.

"Jai hind, jai hind ks, aaiye aaiye, baithiye" said dsp.

"Kya hua sir aapne hame yaha tatkal mein bulaya tha, sab khairiyat to h na?" asked ks

Dsp sighed and then replied" dekhiye ks aapke thane mein department ne ek SHO niyukt kiya tha aur wo aaj se apni duty join krne wale the, par durbhagyawas unka swargwas hogaya ek hafte pahle."

KS's eyes were focused on dsp but her mind was racing to flash every bit of memory she that she had gone through in past few days. Dsp was blabbering but KS's mind was in it's own world and her eyes filled with tears her hands and feet felt cold.

"Aap hamari baat ko sun bhi rhi h ks?", asked dsp snapping fingers infront of ks.

KS's chains of thoughts were broken she turned away her face and quickly wiped her eyes and then said while facing dsp, " ji..ji... sir ham aapki baat samajh rhe h, sir khed h hame is baat ka ki department ne itna honhar afsar kho diya, par sir ab is baat ka zikr kyu?"
