He glanced at his watch after awhile, sighing.
"I suppose I better take you home. You have school tomorrow."
"I've been skipping like the past week. Wouldn't matter." I shrugged, but nevertheless we stood up, as he led me back down the hill, holding onto my hand the whole time.
I couldn't help but have butterflies.
Come on, he was a boy, and a charming one at that.
I felt him stumble, which then caused me to trip over the same root, and as he tried to stabilise himself, I knocked him back over, sending us rolling.
We stopped as my back hit a tree, causing me to grunt.
"Shit. Y/N are you okay?" He asked, leaning down to help me.
His eyes were gleaming brightly in the moonlight, as he looked at me, raking his eyes up and down to check me for any cuts.
He had a hand out for me.
I took it, looking from his eyes to his lips.
He was mere inches away, I realised, as I felt myself be flustered, heat rising in my cheeks.
I can't do this. I can't. Snap out of it Y/N.
I blinked, pulling away from him gently.
"I've got school tomorrow. Sorry, let's go. I'm okay." I mumbled, standing myself up as I kept walking.
Beomgyu stood up straight, his mouth in a flat line, hiding his frown.
Then he placed a hand on his chest, feeling his heart beat race.
"Now what's this?" He whispered to himself, before chasing after you.
We reached the car, as I put the directions in his phone.
It didn't take too long for us to reach my home, as I thanked him graciously, I rushed inside.
I slid against the back of the door, digging the palms of my hands into my eyes.
To distract myself, I scrolled through my account, noticing that Jaegyu was active.
