It has already happened.
On March 28, 2011, a 75-year-old Georgian woman decided to procure copper for resale on the black market.
And so, armed with a saw, she set off into the forests near Tbilisi to look for it.
She was filled with joy when she came across a rather thick bundle of cables near the Armenian border.
And so, patiently and persistently, she began to saw.
Unfortunately, she did not know that this cable bundle channeled 90% of Armenia's Internet traffic.
So, right after the old lady's action, almost the whole Country remained offline, for five hours.
That's how long it took the technicians to locate the fault and repair the damage.
Then everyone was back online and the country breathed a sigh of relief.
