Ch 77 [Celebration]

Makoto's P.O.V

Man, it's been quite a day. We waged war against the Future Foundation and won. Sadly, Mondo died in the fight, but his sacrifice wasn't in vein. We were able to not only survive, but win. And that deserved a celebration, and it was a big one. We had The Heathen's here with us, as they helpped us in the final battle against, Kyosuke and we were more then glad to welcome them as our allies.

Kazuichi:"Man, i gotta say; i'm kinda surprised we did so well."

Teruteru:"You gotta have faith, Soda. Faith guide's everything."

Akane:"It's been so long since i've eaten such good food. Soo good."

Sonia:"I agree, the food is delicious. And the wine top's it all off."

Mikan:"J-Just make sure to drink with moderation, we don't want to get sick because of drinking to much."

Hiyoko:"Normally, i'd yell at you. But i'll make the acception, we're allies now. And i have to admit that you did do a good chunk of the heavy lifting, especially when you and Kimura treated, Hoshi's injuries. Not even our doctor could figure out what was wrong with him."

Hajime:"Good to see you two finally getting along, hell; maybe soon we'll be able to get rid of the last of these Zombie's and return to a somewhat normal life?"

Chiaki:"Normally, i'd say that's wishful thinking. But, it might be possible."

Makoto:(Damn, i wish, Owada could be here for this. He would love it.)

I wasn't going to be drinking. 'Cause someone had to be sober enough to take care of, Maki and the other kid's. Granted it was a little late and they'd likely be asleep, but you can't be too sure. I think i was right for not drinking, especally when, Sayaka saw me.

Sayaka:"Ohhh! Naegi-Kuuun!"

She collapsed into my arm's and clung to me like she was about to die.

Makoto:"Woah woah woah,-

-Sayaka, are you drunk? How much have you drank?"

Sayaka:"I doh wemember. Naegi-Kuuun, you're sho handsome. Wanna date?"

Makoto:"Sayaka, you're my fiancée."

Sayaka:"*Gasp* Weally!?"

Makoto:"Yeah, really.":(She can barely speak, she's plastered. That hangover is going to be horrible.)

Sayaka:"Woah! I'm sho wucky!"

Makoto:(I never thought in a million year's that i'd see her drunk. She need's to get to bed before she get's even drunker.):"I'm taking you to bed, can you stand?"

Sayaka:"Nooo, i don't wanna shweep!"

Makoto:"*Sigh* Sayaka, you're drunk. I can't in right mind let you drink anymore. I'm taking you to your room."

Sayaka:"You'll have to cawwy me then!"

Makoto:"*Defeated Sigh* Fine, come here."

I picked her up, threw her over my shoulder and walked to her room. She was mostly babbling incoherently about something or another but i did understand a couple thing's she said. They weren't all that important but she could at least talk to some extent. Once i did get her to her room, i put her on her bed, before i left her room, she said something to me.

Sayaka:"I wuv you, Naegi-Kuuun."

Makoto:"Hm, love you too, Sayaka."

I closed the door behind me and went back to the party, luckly, Maki and Tsumugi wanted to go to bed so i took them to bed as well. The party lasted until late night early morning. Maybe we can finally return to a somewhat normal life?
