"you keep running into him." aria said as we all sat on a group call.
"girl yes." i eat my cesar salad from chick fil a.
"that's weird." maya said showing us her in bed with her sneaky link.
"always him." i playfully shake my head.
"know she love that boy." aria and we all laugh.
"can't stand this nigga whole time." maya said removing her body from the bed.
"ima see y'all both tonight right?"
"you know it sista girl."aria said so i nod.
"i think i can." maya said.
"text me." i say grabbing my phone leaving the call.
i finished the salad and got back to work.
my supervisor came in and i was looking over a patients readings.
"hey liyah." she waves and i acknowledge her.
"hey ms williams." i smile slightly.
"i need mr.jones paperwork." she says and i nod printing it out.
the files slowly came out and she grabbed the manila folders and walked out with the files.
i sat there bored doing the same thing for four more hours.
i walked to my car and speed home.
i got to my complex and once i was getting parked i saw Kandice's son parked next to me.
"this gotta be some bullshit." i shake my head.
i try to snap out of it but every time i looked it was still his face i saw.
i got out my car and he got out too.
"liyah wait." he calls and i pause.
"what do you want Kameron?" i ask placing my hand on my hip.
"i miss you." he says stepping closer to me.
"no you don't." i laugh shaking my head.
"i'm so serious, i don't know what i was thinking."
