I woke up and checked the time. It was 4:32 am.

I got up and went to make breakfast. I ate nothing. I didn't feel hungry after yesterday. I sat down as I checked the newspaper.

I left to go to work and saw 3 guards now.
Soldier #1: Good morning Inspector.
Me: Morning...
Soldier #2: Are you ok sir?
Me: Yes. I am fine...
Soldier #3: Is it because of the terrorist attack yesterday?
I then stiffened a sob and ran into my booth, almost crying.
Soldier #1: *Sigh* Poor guy...
Soldier #3: I heard about a war between the plants and zombies. He must have had a flashback to it during the attack.
Soldier #2: I'm going to talk to him.
Soldier #1: About?
Soldier #2: I'm going to cheer him up.
Soldier #3: Sounds like a good idea.
When the soldier came in, I was slumped over on my desk, crying softly.
Soldier: Sir?
Me: W-What?
Soldier: You know, if you wanna cry about it, it's absolutely fine. We all cry.
Me: Why are you saying this?
Soldier: Because I want to cheer you up sir.
Me: *I give him a fake smile* Thank you, but I'm fine.
Soldier: No, you're not sir.
Me: Ok, I'm not ok. In what way are you going to cheer me up?
He then came up to me, and gave me a hug. I blushed a little.
Me: Umm... Thanks?
He then chuckled and tickled me a little. Getting a huge smile out of me.
Me: H-Hey! Hehehehe that tihihickles! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha!
Soldier: Heh, that's cheering you up.
