Soft. That was the only word James could use to describe his friends lips. Extremely soft and supple, making him wonder how that came to be.

Also, who the hell allowed Padfoot to be such a great kisser? His lips moved against his like a river flowing, as if it was completely natural to be kissing James at that moment.

James wrapped his hands around his friends neck. Pulling him closer. He let loose of his apprehension and enjoyed the kiss. Reciprocating Padfoots actions with his lips. He smirked at the grunt of approval he got as he did this. His triumph did not last long as he released a subtle moan when his friend licked his bottom lip followed by a light nibble.

No seriously. Who allowed Padfoot to be this good at this?

After some time, Padfoot pulled away slightly for them to get their breaths back. James head was so muddled that he pulled him back after a few seconds had passed. A moment of passion ensued as both people eagerly moved their lips against the others.

Soon the spell they were under collapsed. Padfoot began to push away James.

"Prongs. I'm enjoying this as much as you are but I think that's enough."

James froze. It dawned on him that he was kissing -- no snogging his best friend. In his head it was just mindless; a fleeting thought. One that he could ignore in the midst of the pleasure he felt. But now he could not.

He scrambled off of his friends lap and ran to the bathroom. Ignoring his friend as he called his name.

He put his back against the bathroom door and breathed out. Pulling at his hair in distress. What the hell was he thinking when he agreed to Padfoot's proposition? Most of all, why did it feel so good kissing him? Why did he want to continue and never stop?

Was it because Padfoot had great kissing skills? Was it because the length of his hair reminded James of Severus?

He looked into the mirror in front of him and observed his reflection. His skin was flushed and his lips were slightly swollen. He put his  hands up to his lips tentatively. He could still feel the warmth of Padfoots breath and the pressure brought by his lips, the feeling was imprinted in James' head and he knew it was not going anywhere any time soon.

He groaned. What kind of mess has he gotten himself into now?

After making himself comfortable in the guest bedroom, he finally fell asleep.

James thought that sleeping would make him forget all about the incident that occurred some time prior. Boy was he wrong.

"Come on Prongs!" Padfoot tugged at his hand, in which James fingers were interlocked with his.

"You promised to buy me lunch so fulfill your promise to me like a good gentleman."

Smiling, James replied, "Sure Pads."

Padfoot turned back and quickly pecked his lips.

After their 'date' they made their way to the library. In which they walked to the very back and there sat Severus Snape surrounded by a pile of books. Padfoot swung his arm around him and pecked his cheek.

"Where's Moony?" He asked.

Severus smirked, turning to Padfoot.

"Hello to you too. He went to freshen up, he'll be back in a minute."

Padfoot nodded his head, taking the initiative of pulling Severus into an eager kiss.

James made his way to the two and looked on the table littered with books, and soon, the two broke off their kiss. Without letting him say a word he was kissed by Severus as well. It was a gentle kiss, prompting him to close his eyes to savour the moment.
