Chapter 13

Manik opened his blurry eyes and closed them again to get a clear view of his surrounding.

Manik looked around and saw someone standing on the balcony back facing him.

Manik sit on the bed and call him.

Manik: "Mister".

Arjun turned around and say.

Arjun: "Arjun my name is Arjun but you should call me sir".

Manik nodded his head.

Arjun: "How are you feeling manik??".

Manik: "Better sir".Manik said almost in a whisper.

Arjun: "You seemed too delicate. If you don't think you can live here, just tell me I will find someone to take you out of here".

Manik stood in front of Arjun glared at him and said.

Manik: "Thanks, for your concern but I am good here and I don't think I will leave any time soon".

Arjun: "If you think you are good here and do not want want to leave any time soon then take care of your health properly".

Manik looked at him with a shocked face.

Arjun: "Don't look at me with that type of face, the doctor told me you fainted because you skip your medicine and meal".

Manik: "Yes I skip them but it's not my mistake fully".

Arjun: "Really, give me a valid reason for skipping your medicine and breakfast".

Manik looked at Arjun nervously and say.

Manik: "Woo, actually I forgot to take them".

Arjun looked at Manik with a shocked expression and soon the shocked expression changed into stern.

Arjun(sternly): "How can someone forget to take medicines when he is aware of his medical condition".

Manik: "Actually I woke up late, aur agar breakfast karne baitha toh aur late hojata".

Arjun: "Manik stop giving me your lame excuses, breakfast karna ma time hi kitna lagta hain, you could have eaten a sandwich"

Manik: "I am sorry, I will not repeat this mistake".Manik said while holding his ears.

Arjun saw how innocent and cute he is looking.

Arjun: "Aur aghe se mein isse taraha ki koi bhi chiz repeat bhi nahi hona dunga".

Manik looked at Arjun at what he is saying.

Arjun: "I mean you are living in my house that means you are my responsibility.

Aur jab tak tum yahan hon I will not accept any negligent on your health and safety, do you get that".Arjun said in a warning tone.

Manik: "Yes sir".

Arjun: "Good, now go freshen up and came downstairs for dinner".

Manik: "Ok".

Arjun was about to leave the room but stop in his tracks, turned around and say.

Arjun: "Yeah one more thing call your best friend or he will go crazy with the tension".Arjun said and leave.

Manik widened his eyes remembering about Rohit.

Manik: "Kya?".

Manik took out his phone and dial rohit number nervously.

ON THE PHONE CALL:

Rohit: "How dare you, Manik Malhotra."

Manik: "Ro-".

Rohit: "Shut up just shut your mouth Manik, finger on your lips."

Manik immediately put a finger on his lips.

Rohit: "How dare you to skip your medicine, you even lied to me."

Rohit: "Health ko mazak samjh kar rakha hain kya, tujhe khud pata hain na how sensitive your health is still you skip them."

Rohit: "Answer me why are not answering me."

Manik: "Answer kaisa karun you say na finger on your lips so how can I be this much unobedient to not follow your orders."

Rohit: "Really aisa time par tujhe mazak karna hain, tujhe medicines skip karna ki kiya zarorat thi tujhe yeh bata.

Tere pass enough time tha ka tu breakfast aur medicines kar sake par nahi kisi na wo time ready hona mein waste kar diya kyun".

Manik: "Chor na ro raat gayi baat gayi, aga se nahi karun ga".

Rohit: "Nahi Manik don't you remember tujhe hospital mein 1-week tak admit rahana para tha kyun ka tuna medicine skip kare thi.

Even after knowing every single detail about your health how could you skip it".Rohit said.

Manik started crying after listening to Rohit.

Manik: "Ek toh I am not feeling well aur upar se toh mujhe danth (scold) raha hain bolo na ho gayi galti, I will not repeat it.

Par nahi sab ko mujhe danth na hain phela usse khadoos commissioner na dantha (scolding) aur abh tum mujhe danth raha hon".Manik said while crying.

Rohit became shocked with the new piece of information and said.

Rohit: "Kya tujhe usse khadoos mera matlab hain Mr.Rawte na tujhe dantha.

Manik:"Hain to bohut bohut zyada danta".

Rohit:"Sachi".

Manik:"Hain rohit".

Rohit:"Bohut sahi kam kiya Mr.Rawte na ma toh kaha tha hon ek do thappad bhi laga dena chahiye the".

Manik:"Rooooooooo".

Rohit:"Kya??".

Manik:"Sorryyy plwase maaf karde pwease".

Rohit became silent for a minute then said.

Rohit:"Promise me you will not repeat it".

Manik:"Pacca promise".

Rohit smile but he knows manik will repeat this again.

Manik:"Acha toh abh mein tujhe se baad mein baat karta hon by".

Rohit:"Byyy".
