Book Or Bryan?

"B-Bryan honey, m-my hubby wubby, d-dear, please w-we can talk about this!" Inpu pleaded.

"No. I wanted cuddles and you said after my book. There is no talking about this. It has to be done." Bryan stated, his voice filled with iron.

Bryan currently had one of Inpu's book and was threatening to rip it in half and tear out the pages. His face was serious, he wasn't joking around.

"B-but dear, you know I love you more than any of these books!" Inpu tried to reason with Bryan, he was on his knees, begging for Bryan to show even a hint of mercy.

"Your just saying that so I don't destroy your 'precious' book." Bryan replied, no mercy, only iron.

He held the book by the covers and pages, one little tug and the pages would be ripped out of the book and left to fall like wilting leaves in Autumn.

His book was being held at rip-point and Inpu had to act fast in order to save it. Or it could be too late...

He slowly moved towards his merciless husband, "Dear, please understand that I have a lot of work to do for the camp and that sometimes I might not have time but no need to do something irrational." He reasoned.

"Oh. So now I'm irrational! I just want to spend time with you..." Bryan muttered the last bit but Inpu heard it, jackal hearing and all.

Bryan was slowly dropping the book down to level, meaning the negotiation was going well.

"Honey, I want to spend time with you too..." Inpu admitted, standing up and caressing his husbands cheek.

Bryan smiled at the touch, Inpu was always very warm. "I-I'm sorry, babe. I just want to spend time with you." Bryan relaxed.

"I know dear, if you give me the book I'll put it down somewhere and we'll cuddle. Does that sound fair?" He asked, gliding his fingers across his husbands cheek, Bryan loves the feeling, he can't resist.

He gave him the book.

Inpu sighed in relief, as he held his baby *cough cough* I mean book, he closed it and put it down.

The two ended up cuddling in bed for a good three hours just enjoying the comfort of each others embrace.

The day was saved. The book was saved but you know what wasn't saved?

Inpu's dignity.

The kids had it all recorded.

I literally just had this idea, today, like as soon as I posted the other one, this came to mind. 🤍

This is meant to be funny but I don't think I achieved that... though, I think it's funny how Inpu was begging on his knees for a single book. ✨
