Ungrateful

Okay... You know when Inpu and Magnus first become Pharaoh's of the Underworld, and Anubis awards them new royal garments and a new house to live in?

Can we talk about how ineffectual and inadequate that house is!

Like don't get me wrong, it's a big step up from that little closet they were living in but still...

The Pharaoh's Home:
• It has no doors, barely any walls and a big hole in the ceiling, thus making it vulnerable to the environment and the weather.

• No railing on the staircases or on the structure in general. This making it a safety hazard as you or something could fall.

• No Bedroom, No Bathroom, No Kitchen, No Lounge Room, No Rooms at all; No Privacy at all.

Like what would they do if they needed the bathroom? Would they run to the Asian Camp?

• Unstable structure, Inpu said in S3: Ep1 that he was still happy the place was still standing. But this was likely because of neglect and lack of care.

-

That's four (hopefully) strong examples of how nonfunctional and ineffective this structure is.

Anubis needs to work on his architectural skills as that home he constructed for his children is just not a viable house.

Their supposed home is more of an ornamental monument than a residential house.

Now let's take a look at Bryan's house, the house Inpu and Magnus are allowed to live in.

Aphrodite's Manor:
• Has significantly more walls and doors, even windows thus is more protected against the environment and weather; also giving more Privacy.

• Has a Master's Bedroom, Spare Rooms, a Kitchen, a Lounge Area, an Office, a Bathroom, and a Recreation Room.

• Stable Structure. Despite its grandiose design, it doesn't show any signs of destabilisation but that's mostly due to it being taken care of.

-

These are three examples of why the Aphrodite's Manor is more suited to being a home than the Pharaoh's Home.

And don't even get me started on all the perks of living in the Aphrodite's Manor.

• A beautiful Flower Garden, that is according to Dranne 'More Breathtaking than the Sakura at the Asian Campgrounds'

• A patio beside a pond, as well as littler ponds in the garden, and many seating areas (i.e,. Benches).

• A huge pool which Inpu mistook for a lake.

• A stunning beach; it is a beach house or well a summer home after all.

-

But no!

Inpu and Magnus would rather live in their purposeless structure than the fully-functioning manor.

Sure, it's not at all Egyptian in architecture or style but they are allowed to live there without having to pay for anything, they would have access to:

• Free Meals/Food/Snacks.
• Safe, Drinking Water.
• Electricity & Green Energy.
• Sanitation & Hygiene.
• Comfortable Beds & Lounges.
• A roof over their heads.
• Video Games (& in General)
• A large Pool that's most likely has a heating system in place.

-

Like seriously!

They could literally live at Bryan's place for freaking free! And have all those luxuries but they would rather live in that stupid structure Anubis constructed for them. All because it's:

• Egyptian oriented
• Has nice views
• & Has a desert climate.

-

Like one unforgiving storm and that entire structure is ruined, and their all cold and wet due to lack of walls, roof, and doors.

Think of all the books Inpu brings to that stupid structure that gets ruined because of rainy weather.

I hope this makes sense. 😅
