Silver-haired girl: "Stop right there, you villains!"
A new female voice made itself known throughout the alley.
However, it was already too late.
The knife wielding thug already managed to lung forward and skewered the esper; the other two bandits saw this and immediately turned pale.
Silver-haired girl: (—??!)
Bandit (3): "Shit! We've been spotted! What the hell were you thinking?!"
Bandit (2): "In the middle of the act too, hey this isn't good!"
The one wielding the bladed weapons suddenly snapped out of his irrationality and realized what just happened. It was like his fear consumed him.
He began to regret this action as it could put him in serious trouble if it turned out that he just killed a random person that just looked scary but nothing else.
Bandit (1): "Oh shit! Oh shit!"
The one who committed an act looked at the silver-haired girl with a pale expression.
Bandit (1): "Waitwait! It was an accident! Please forgive us!"
Unbeknownst to the bandit and everyone else, Kakine was just fine; in fact, he didn't feel any pain despite being stabbed.
Kakine: "...Ow."
The esper said nonchalantly as he returned to lean against the wall.
The bandits plea wasn't enough to quell the silver-haired girl's negative impression on the attacker and this situation.
Silver-haired girl: "That's enough! I won't stand idly by and allow any more of this to continue! I was originally going to turn the other cheek and only request that you return what you have stolen from me but this cannot be overlooked!"

The girl then conjured what appears to be chunks of ice that shot out of her hand like some sort of cannon.
