Some things do not change. There were days that darkness should stay as it was painful but bearable. Most of all, it was the truth and reality, after all. One can say that people should stay away from it but what about the people who has no choice but to stay there? They already know the darknsss and they will never be able to stay away from it and escape from it as they can never be able to leave that dangerous world when they get plunged in that world already. After all, the only way to escape from that dangerous world was death.

"Do you choose to bow down to me and apologize or do you choose death?" Hyun Woo asked a twenty-one-year-old young man named Kang Sun Jae. "Haven't I told you that the organization does not deal with drugs? Should I throw you to those dirty cops affiliated to us?'

Since Sun Jae did not respond immediately, Hyun Woo rose from his leather chair and cocked his gun which made him feel fear towards him. "Have mercy on me, sir! I'm begging you! I won't deal with drugs anymore!"

Lee Hyun Woo sighed as he placed a silencer on his gun. "That's a promise, am I correct? If that's sincere, spread your hands."

As quick as he could, Sun Jae obeyed him but then, he was shocked when Hyun Woo shot both of his hands making him scream in excruciating pain. "I am truly sorry, sir!"

"Get your filthy self out of here!" Hyun Woo told him. "Don't let me see you or catch you!"

Sun Jae quickly obeyed and left his room after that while some of the members gave him a white towel to help him stop the bleeding. There were a lot of exit wounds and he didn't know if he'll be able to use his hands again.

At the same time, Hyun Woo's wife, Anna, was shocked that once again, he had done something he once promised he'll never do again. "You told me that you won't hurt any of your members again! Isn't it that he's just around your age, Kousei?"

Hyun Woo saw red at the time Anna mentioned that name to him. "Kousei has long been dead, Anna! I killed him, don't you remember? It was all because I listened to you why my biological father passed away years ago! I hoped never to be a member of my father's group as I ran to you and stayed with you even if I already was trained enough to protect him back at that time! I dreamed going back to who I was but his death woke me up! Sun Jae's young? Are you fooling me? I was at that age when I began leading my biological father's organization! Forget Kousei. He had never existed, Anna!"

Anna looked straight in his eyes and at the same time, Hyun Woo stepped closer to her while all other members were watching them. Soon after that, she felt a dark aura surround him making her realize that after fifteen years after they had left Japan and began living in South Korea, the boy she once knew as Kousei had truly disappeared completely.

Hyun Woo looked at all the members inside his office in the LH Underground. At the time all of them saw that, they knew that they all have to give them privacy and leave him and his wife alone. It was a family meeting, after all. When they were all gone, Anna ran next to him and clutched her hands on his collar and screamed at him after she slapped him. "You're right! Kousei's gone!"

Instead of getting angry by having been hit by her, it made him smile. "This is why I love you, Anna. All members are afraid of me and I could not even afford to trust anyone but you. Why? You're the only one who is not afraid of me or even intimidated. You know that I can't be lenient with them. I have to show strength if they would follow me or they'll begin rebelling against me."

"Can't you step down, Hyun Woo?" Anna cried out. "You don't belong here."

"Once you're in, you can never get out," Hyun Woo reminded her while his arms were around her. "This is now my life and it will not change. I hope you understand my life."

"Whatever happens next, I do hope you won't regret or blame me," Anna said as she was crying. "You had a choice."
