Amanda POV

"Miss P have you had anything so far?" "no I have not had anything, but I hope that I'll hear something because I'm already stressed right now"

it has been 15 hours since I found out that my kids are missing, Miles is pacing upside down here I am sitting on the couch with my phone waiting for another ransom call or even a message or even a video of my kids to know that they're OK but I'm getting nothing. Ken, who came by when my parents came, has called like every investigator and detective that we know and those good ones. Nothing so far, most of them are saying they'll try and help but nothing so far.

"Mama, do you think my kids are safe call ma"

"I don't know Amanda, let me hope their safe there my grandkids I know they'll be safe because I trust, and I believe in them" my mother says

"Sis do not worry my nephews and niece will be OK look at how Pear is that kid does not let anyone literally anyone hot early even hold early for a second if he is not present. Also look at Danny those kids love each other, and I know right now they're giving their kidnapper one hell of a time." My sister says

I chuckle at that as I remember how protective the boys are always when a stranger or someone, they don't like tries to take Ellie from them. There was this time I was at the park with them, they were in these swings and Pearl was behind Ellie trying to push her swing , while I was pushing Dannie's swing then for a moment another big baby I'll call him a big baby of course because he was like five years older than Danny, the boy was gushing of how Ellie is so cute and beautiful and she looks like a Princess. The boys did not like it in fact Pearl was like, "mommy he is looking at sissy badly" I laughed at his statement which pissed him. Amazing Danny got off his swing and walked to where Ellie was and he was like, "stop staring at my sister I'm the only one no we are the only one allowed to call her cute stop it." they were so cute

I don't think the boy understood what they meant because a few moments later, the boy was there trying to pull Ellis's cheeks. My son was angry that he hit the boy on his leg. When I looked at Danny, he was ready to punch the boy and I had to stop it, as much as it was entertaining but being the adult, I am I called them off on their behavior and told them if they continue behaving this way, I'll never bring them to the park again. Well, my boys sulked all the way home. when we got home, we found males watching he was like what have you done to my boys, and they started talking of how I did not let them defend their sister from a bully. He pretended to support the boys but when they were away in their rooms, he laughed it off with me. At this rate I know Ellie will never get a boyfriend

So far, my whole family is present in this room, the triplets also managed to not stay at school, and they also brought the twins and Bella, my favorites

"Amanda, I brought you a soda to cheer you up" Alex one of the twins said

"Thanks so much Alex," I said, "How are you doing Lex?"

She weakly smiles at me "the chemo is making me weaker; I cannot even walk for more than ten mins without collapsing." She speaks.

Lex was diagnosed with leukemia , blood cancer a few months ago. At first, I did not believe it coz she is a firecracker, she always lit up the room and I think that is why it was so hard for us to know she was sick. My brother, her boyfriend, was so depressed that mum had to intervene so that he could at least take care of himself. When I later asked her why she was hiding all the symptoms from us she said that she did not want to make us sad. That is how selfless she is, she always puts everybody before herself. Like today I know that she wanted to come here to make me feel better even though I know she is tired. Her sickness really hit us badly, her brother, Xander, was also as depressed as Mike, Mackenzie Bella and Kenna, her closest friends. But he always looked happy and faked a proper smile whenever she was around. Once when I went to see Lex when she was being treated, I found them in a group hug crying, not the little hiccups, no the ugly crying.

"I know you are strong, and you will get through this." I tell her

"But also, I get to not do anything which is a plus to me minus the yucky medicine." see what am saying, she just made me laugh "Also Bella might know a way on how to help you locate my chipmunks."

I came to find out that Bella is a trained spy and assassin, and she can find anything that is unfoundable. I did find out on my own though and confronted her which she did not have a problem with sharing.

"Thank you, Lex you are, the best, and my favorite" I say the last part loudly and as dramatic as always,always,the banter begins as the triplets plus Mike starts arguing on how each of them is my favorite. I love these kids; they just lit the room without knowing it making us partially forget that the kids are missing

My phone rings a while later while I am lost in choosing who my favorite kid is, I pick it up without looking at the caller, which I soon regret

"How are you doing darling?" The voice I did not want to hear says

"What do you want Isaac, I told you to stop calling me."

"Calm your pants down honey."

"I am hanging up on you right now"

"You could have done that when you heard my voice, "he chuckles "I heard that your brats have been kidnapped. "He blatantly says

"Yeah, and so?" I rudely ask him

"Nothing I was just wondering why you did not even let me know my nephew has been kidnapped, I had to find out about it on Tv honey, since you know we are like family."

"I am not your family, get that into your thick skull and leave my kids out of your fucking mouth. "I say frustrated and hang up

"I take it you don't like him." Bella states as she stands beside me

"I don't, he is my stupid ex brother-in-law Isaac, he irritates me "I say

"Do you think that maybe he kidnapped your kids? You know we are not ruling out any possibility" she says.

I laugh at her for even thinking that "he is the most stupid person I know; he cannot even run his own home as supposed to, he does not even know how to clean his mess up as much as he is a lawyer, he cannot pull such a thing. He even said he just saw it on television before he called me. "I conclude, she just nods and continues conversing with the others.
